Well it looks like im back with another post :) To be honest, i didnt originally have any plans to post to day, but the recent turn of events during the past 2 days have changed my mind, You'll find out why in this post.
It all started yesterday (Monday). Yesterday morning after i had been awake a while, I took the time to re-watch Episode 26 (the final episode) of Neon Genesis Evangelion, since i had fallen asleep while watching it over the weekend. The final episode was a subtle end to a great series, not really answering all the questions, but provided a cheerful and positive ending to a series that was obviously overcome with desperation, grief and unanswered questions and a little bit of a ray of hope.
I put all the dvd cases back into the box and put it back on my shelf, then started looking through my collection to find something to watch. I found myself watching a demo dvd from one of my Newtype anime magzines. I only watched 2 of the episodes, even though there were 4 available.
I watched :
Neo Ranga: Episode 1
Viewtiful Joe: Episode 5
I really found myself enjoying Neo Ranga, To me it was alot like the Patlabor movies/series. The episode ended right before the real action started, so i dont really know much about the plot, but for one episode it seemed pretty cool :)
Viewtiful Joe was alright lol. I had never played the videogame before so i knew nothing about it from the get-go. It did kinda remind me of an old cartoon called "Captain Nintendo" though lol. It was a comedic episode with a different but cool animation style, and oddly enough i enjoyed it and i wouldnt mind seeing other episodes of the series that for sure, just to see how things turn out lol. It kinda made me want to ry out the games well lol.
After i watched those episodes, I found myself pulling out my box set of the anime series called GANTZ
I figured that since i was done with the Evangelion box set, it seemed like just as good a time to start GANTZ, so i did. Since i had already bought volumes 1 and 2 seperately before buying the box set, i just went ahead and started with disc/volume 3.
WARNING: GANTZ is a very very adult oriented anime series. It has extensive nudity, suggestive themes and more adult language than i have ever heard on any movie/dvd period lol. The Box says TVMA for a reason thats for sure lol. This series is sadistic and unrelenting. Its like watching the mixture of a horror movie and a videogame. The box set has 6 disc and each disc has 2 episodes, except for the 6th disc which has 3. So if i remember right, the Season 1 Box set that i have is 16 episodes long. I ended up watching the entire box set yesterday. It was enjoyable and a bit disturbing, but pretty cool to wath an anime with absolutely no restrictions. I wont spoil it for anyone , but if you have any questions about GANTZ, feel free to ask and ill help any way i can :)
Now for the big part.
Neon Genesis Evangelion Dead and Rebirth
Shortly after i got home from work this morning, I ate some food, took a showerand sat here in my chair and contemplated on whether or not if i wanted to watch The Evangelion: Death and Rebirth dvd. And after a short time of deliberation, i forced myself to put it in my dvd player. When the dvd menu came up, i remembered why this dvd had kinda overwhelmed me a long time ago when i tried watching it. The main dvd menu is constantly moving, as if it is a computer going out of control. Words, symbols, an scenes from the series flashing here and there, with the Pachbel Canon music playing in the background. Even watching the menu now gave me a strange feeling. I love the Pachbel(sp) Canon song, but when it is associated in this anime series - it just gives me a strange feeling of sadness or lost hope, maybe thats the intention i guess, maybe one day ill be able toexplain the feeling a bit better. Today i only watched the REBIRTH part of the movie. Its kinda drastically different than the series in some aspects, but it is more explanatory, which i suppose is a good thing. Im sure ill try to watch the DEATH part tommorrow, and possibly the End of Evangelion dvd tommorrow as well - if im brave enough lol.
On a cool note, ill be borrowing the complete series of Slayers on vhs from someone i work with, So if they remember to bring them tommorrow, i may find time to watch that instead, either way im sure ill keep you all updated on what im up to :)

Hello Everyone :) Today's post wont be too long, i just wanted to let everyone know that i posted on my Myotaku page yesterday lol. It's a pretty big post with all kinds of ramblings and a few scans of some dvd cases and some pics of my anime collection from back in the day :) It felt pretty cool to post there, since it has been so long from when i last posted. I think the last time i updated there , it was in June lol, So it was due up for a post thats for sure lol.
Other than that, i really havent done much. I just woke up (its 2 am here) and i just ate a pizza lol. I filled out most of an apartment application as well, so im hoping i can get it totally finished by the end of the day :) Besides that, ill probably spend my day watching anime dvds and cleaning/doing laundry and playing some videogames. I may get back to playing Final Fantasy 8 if i can get the urge to, so i can finally finish it like i finished Final Fantasy 4 lol.
Yesterday afternoon after i finished posting, i started watching the last 2 episodes of Evangelion, but i fell asleep while watching the last episode , so im pretty sure ill try to watch that last episode before the day is over as well. Ill be sure to let you all kno when i start watching the movies too, so keep your eyes open for that :)

Hello everyone :) It looks like ive managed to pull myself out of oblivion to finally put up a post lol.
Id like to apologize for not being around much lately. Ive also managed to hit a dry spell with creating wallpapers and stuff too, I guess everyone needs to take a break every once in a while i suppose, so i hope you guys dont think im deserting you all or anything like that, because im certainly not capable of that.
To be honest, Ive mostly been lazy lately. I havent been sleeping too good lately either, so that has been putting alot of the things i like to do on lockdown as well lol. I do try to keep up to date with you guys though, even though i may not be posting, im always here, so dont forget that :)
A few days ago i actually took the time to comment an entry into the caption battle they have on Theotaku's main page. Im hoping that my entry will doo well, but who knows anything can happen. Ive been keeping my eyes on it though, it would certainly be awesome to win, thats for sure! :)
Yesterday for Halloween, I took the time to dress up as Brandon Lee's character from the movie "The Crow". That should explain the pic at the top of the post, for those who may not know :) I had the pleasure of showing Bulma the pics i took last night, shortly after i took them and it was pretty cool sharing them with someone thats for sure. We had a great time :) If you wish to see the other pics, i can probably link them here from my myspace page, so if you have any questions , feel free to ask and ill be sure to answer and help out the best i can :)
Other than that, i havent really been up to much - just the typical work schedule lol.
Thursday i bought the martial arts movie called "Fist of Legend". It has Jet Li in it (one of his earlier films) and i must say that it is one of the best fighting movies ive ever seen. Id reccomend it to any karate/kung fu film fans :)
Ive also been playing Final Fantasy 4 a bit off and on. Im right at the end and i am currently leveling up in order to be prepared for the final battle. If all goes to plan, i should complete the game by sometime tonight or tommorrow, wish me luck on that adventure, i know ill need it LOL.
Im also currently still on disc 5 of Evangelion, Im hopign to watch a bit more, if not finish the series this weekend too, it all depends on how well i can divide my time i suppose lol.

Hello everyone, Im here to post again, just as i said i would lol.
Yesterday after i posted, i ended up falling asleep while watching "The Fog", but when i woke up around 2 this morning, i started the movie back up and finally finished it. I enjoyed it and the ending was pretty good. Its pretty crazy how just alot of shadows can kinda freak you out lol. After i finished the movie, I looked around on Theotaku a little bit and visited some peoples pages. I tried leaving comments, but the comment boxes wouldnt come up properly. Im not sure if it is my computer, my browser, or a problem on the site, but hopefully it'll be straightened out sometime today so i can comment lol.
I noticed that this world gained 2 more ranks overnight - so right now it's sitting at #50 which is a cool number. Im still excited that this world is ranked that nicely, It lets me know that all this hard work is working out in the long run i suppose lol. I cant thank you all enough for visiting and being my friends, thats for sure :)
Shortly after i visited the other worlds and took a shower, i started back playing Final Fantasy 4 again. I managed to play it even longer than i did yesterday, and im glad to say that all i have left to do is to fight the final bad guy of the game. I have to level up a bit more though just to be safe, so ill probably do that tonight at work while im on lunch lol. Hopefully ill be able to finish the game in the next couple days, thats the goal im shooting for anyways :)
Right now it is a little after noon, and i just turned the game off, Im probably going to run up to the little store nearby and get some stuff to drink and then come home and start watching disc 3 of Evangelion. Thats probably what ill do for the rest of the day until i head to bed later on, for work tonight .
Yesterday i looked through some of my anime dvds trying to find something to watch (other than Evangelion lol) and i really couldnt get set on any certain dvd. I think ill probably try to watch some more episodes of Ah My Goddess since i still have to finish volume 1, and i still have 2 other dvds of the series that i havent watched either, so i may see how i can fit them into my lazy schedule lol.

Hello everyone :)
It's been about a week since i last posted, so i knew today that i needed to stop being lazy and finally post lol.
I havent really been up to much this past week, mostly sleeping. The weather here has become drastically colder over the past week as well, so im sure that has something to do with me being a bit more tired. Work has been a bit more busy as well, but nothing i havent dealt with before. I havent been as tired the past couple days though, so im sure ill be back into my normal posting and wallpaper making schedule pretty soon :)

28 Weeks Later
The Fog (the original 1979 version)
I really enjoyed "For a Few Dollars More", it was pretty good, and quite a bit different from the other 2 movies in the trilogy, but i still liked it :) 28 Weeks Later was just as intense as 28 Days Later, but i think that i still liked 28 Days Later more. Probably because it wasnt so scientific and everything lol. I havent finished watching The Fog yet, but so far its really good. Ive always liked John Carpenter's movies, especially the movies The Thing and They Live. The Thing still has an effect on me everytime i watch it lol. I cant leave out Escape from New York and Escape From L.A. either lol.
I ran into a bit of some irony at work recently, Remember when i posted pics of my portable screen a couple posts ago? well, shortly after i posted that pic of my screen, the following monday when i returned to work i was notified by one of the night managers (the one i happen to dislike) that i couldnt use the tv that is in the back of the store. Of course she lied to me and said that the decision came from the "Home Office" which is an excuse they use alot when they dont want to tell people the truth. Apparently, someone had watched a movie in there on my days off and didnt reconnect the tv properly and they assumed it was me that had done it, because everyone has seen me use the tv. Apparetly alot of older people that work there during the day dont like the fact that i used the tv in the first place, which is typical of people around here - always complaining and not letting anyone do anything that is halfway entertaining and/or fun. I think they had originall thought that i would be miserable since they believed that there was no way i could watch movies or play videogames anymore, but i had an ace up my sleeve - my portable screen. It had been laying dormant in the backseat of my car for as long as i can remember lol. So that same night , when i went to lunch, i walked out to my car and brought it in along with the metal briefcase (which i carry my playstation 2 and a cd case full of games) and put it to use. I watched Ninja Scroll on the first day, and since then ive mostly watched wrestling dvds and stuff.
Ive been using it ever since now, and there is no way they can stop me from using my own stuff, especially while im on lunch :)
As for anime, Ive completed disc 2 of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Ill be starting disc 3 today because i really dont feel like watching any of the football games that are on. I may even try to see if i can find an anime dvd in my collection that i havent taken the time to watch yet and give it a try, ill be sure to keep you all updated on that :) Ill also let you all know about my progress of disc 3 on Evangelion :)
As for the picture at the top of the post, it is a pic of me playing Final Fantasy 4 this morning lol. I woke up around 2am and it was pretty cold in here, so i put some sweatpants on and a long shirt and i decided that i wanted to play Final Fantasy 4. when i started playing, i was at level 34 i believe, and when i finished playing around 8 this morning- I had managed to level up to level 50 :) To my surprise i was pretty close to the end of the game. Alot closer than i had thought. So now all i pretty much have to do is level up and get prepared for the final gauntlet to the final enemy in the game. I have quite a few levels to gain, so ill probably play it a bit more before the day ends :)
Ive also noticed that Theotaku has brought back the ranking system, which got me excited when i visited my backroom a few days ago and noticed that i was ranked #52 out of 7243. I would have never thought that i was that close to the top, i would have guessed somewhere around 600 or something lol. Im also excited to say that im at 899 visits as of right now, so the next visitor will be big 900, which is pretty cool. My videogame world is sitting at rank #1767, which definitely isnt bad considering that i dont post on it often (which i definietly should), but im hoping to post on it more often once i get back into the groove of things.
