Gathering dust...

I don't respond to a lot of my comments...sorry. I love them and am so grateful to receive them, but I usually only respond when I have something interesting to say. :/
So sorry if I offended anyone with this habit of mine. ;___;

Guardian Angel - COSPLAY PHOTOSHOOT?

TROLOLOLOLOL

Trying to get back in the mood for actual cosplay, so I made this monstrosity.

Let me draw your OC's!!

I've been feeling kind of lazy and uninspired as of late, so I'm deciding to take on an art request or two.

The only catch: I normally don't like to draw things that don't catch my interest. So it's your job to draw me in if you want to request. If I do take the request, there's no guarantee that I'll stick 100% to the given info (I don't think I would change too much, but allow me an alternate interpretation and a few artistic liberties. :D)

Hopefully my paragraph of pickiness hasn't scared you off-- please leave a request!

Sometimes I wonder if anyone actually reads my posts. v__v;;

This Woman's Work

Just here to share a song.

Song by Kate Bush, covered here by Maxwell.

12/25/2010

Happy holidays, everyone! :D

So GA is up and running again, and I've finally got a working scanner. Hooray~

Not much to say, but I've been wondering: Does it throw you off when I upload more than one page per day? I just want to make sure nobody's missing anything. The last page I posted has 9 views, and the other two have 2, so I'm kind of worried... o___o

And here is a picture of the beautiful Cillian Murphy. Just for fun.

FFFF AMAZING MANGAKA

So it’s my first update in 5000 years, but I’m just here to rant about Naoki Urasawa.

That man is a GOD of manga. His most famous work is “Monster”, which you’ve probably heard of. It’s the first series of his that I got into last summer, and let me tell you it is good. I’ve spent half of Thanksgiving break reading 20th Century Boys (instead of working on college apps), which is generally considered his magnum opus.

Both series are long suspense stories, and Urasawa’s famous for his intricate plot lines with 89759324 characters (that all have different faces <3) and are all horribly addicting. When I first started watching Monster, I watched six episodes until I convinced myself that I needed sleep. When I started reading 20th Century Boys on Monday(?) I went through about five volumes in one sitting. OTL

If you’ve ever got a free afternoon, go check out Urasawa and you will get sucked in. That man is a master.
