I always have a hard time putting stuff up here at the top. At least Birth by Sleep gave me something to talk about but... good lord I ain't got nothing for this so far! I have no idea what to say. Um how about some predictions. The journal will remain to be cryptic... We will get to see Castle Oblivion? And... There won't be any Axel. Okay so that's like two predictions and one obvious statement...
- DESTINY ISLAND!
- Excuse me whilst I dance!
- Sora and Mickey are attempting to have a slap-stick conversation about why Sora has a voice in his head.
- “Let’s just say I know Sora and Sora knows me!”
- “Well… I guess that makes sense…” DOES IT SORA? DOES IT? “Sort of… No, that definitely doesn’t make any sense.” Okay you’ve won back my respect…
- Mickey is about to launch into how they know each other but wisely he puts it off as a “long story.”
- So Mickey is gonna give Data!Sora some details as we explore the island and I DON’T CARE WHERE IS RIKU?! And Kairi… Okay well Riku is a bigger mystery cause he was on the box and all and come on its Riku and I wanna whoop his ass.
- So off we go to find glitches. Aka “anything out of the ordinary.” So if your shadow attacks your or there’s a leaping bag or random balls flying outta walls…
- OR JUST EVIL BLOCKS
- So we’re off to ask about the blocks. Really? Really…
- First on our information gathering quest is Selphie. Selphie has noticed that “we’re up to our ears in blocks.” And apparently “they keep popping up out of thin air.” Marvelous. Tidus and Wakka have gone off to investigate! AFTER THEM!
- Um… the evil blocks are now Blox. Because you know… everything that’s ever been evil ever has a X in its name.
- Oh it’s a Wakka! Acording to Wakka the blox just “showed up.” And they’re everywhere and some have lovely patterns! Which gives you prizes… Huzzah!
- Augh back to the Stat Matrix… I foresee this thing being annoying.
- Oh my way to find Tidus I accidentally bump into the Cloaky again. Who… just poofs off. As you do.
- Oh apparently you do if there’s an invisible door?!
- Apparently we need to find these invisible door(s) to find a “backroom” so we can fix glitches? I dunno if any of that makes actual sense in computer-lingo.
- Into the portal we go after Cloaky!
- So now we’re in a ‘system sector’. Where the code that runs the datascape from Jiminy’s journal is housed? Again… INFO DUMP!
- Apparently if we defeat the “bug baddies” and “debug the sector” we return the world to normal? Never mind the fact that we’re INSIDE A FREAKING COMPUTER THING MADE FROM A BLANK JOURNAL!
- Oh and we need to collect “system points.” Again I say: graah!
- So that happened!
- Fixing the glitch/bug thing also gave us the bridge over the paopu fruit tree. Huzzah!
- So now we get to talk to Tidus. Apparently Tidus has figured out where the bloxs come from. Or… he found a clue… And we’re gonna have to “earn it.” Joy.
- So after beating Tidus up he gives us the clue. …The clue being Cloaky. And he disappeared by the waterfall. I smell a system sector thingy mabobber!
- Or… it could just be the Secret Place…
- Cloaky isn’t there but… island starts to shake.
- “There’s a road of the taking if you end our world’s aching.” Okaaay?
- Sora’s keyblade shiiiiines and… we see the Castle Gang again.
- The computer monitor shiiines and… the journal gets a new entry!
- Back to Sora! And Cloaky is here!
- Ummm… Cloaky is spouting out some Riku lines…
- “There is a road for you to take. But first, you must end our world’s aches.”
- Sora is just as confused as I am.
- “To make this place whole, the Keyhole’s the place.”
- Fun fact: I hate riddles. But… Kingdom Heart related ones I seem to be pretty good at!
- Off goes Cloaky and off goes Sora… until a keyhole pops up.
- Mickey’s back and they’re like “WE’LL USE THE KEYBLADE ON THE KEYHOLE!”
- Which opens up a door that leads to…
- Wrecked!Destiny Island!
- This is another glitch?
- I dunno! Anyhoo have a Darkside!
- So… after three rounds with various Darkside incarnations we get sucked up into the darkness.
- Back to the Castle Gang and there’s a new journal entry:
- “More hurts than the one we have just undone.”
