Yesterday was so hectic/unproductive for me that I totally didn't post up stuff even though I've had stuff written up. Oh well! Now that we're in the second half of the game it's time to figure stuff out. Will Terra embrace the darkness inside of him or will he finally push it away? Will Terra keep trusting shady people? Time to find out!

• Upon entering Olympus Coliseum a young Hercules is getting his ass handed to him but some Unversed so Terra, of course, runs to his rescue.
• Afterward Terra helps Herc back up and Herc thanks him and tells Terra that he’s a really good fighter and should be in the Games.
• Terra decides to join up, if only to see how strong he is.
• Oh hey it’s a Hades! Who’s looking for a warrior tough enough to take on Zeus? Urrr, I know you don’t like your brother Hades but he is the king of the Gods for a reason.
• Hades spots somebody who’s “dark, moody, perfect!” Oh jeez, please let it be Terra he’s talking about!
• IT IS!
• Hur I love James Woods’ Hades.
• Hades guesses, correctly, that Terra is “trying to put the kibosh on the darkness inside” of him and says it’d be SUCH A WASTE and a bad idea. After Terra has a ‘wait, whut?’ moment Hades goes onto explain that darkness is inside everybody so that’s nothing to be ashamed of and if “you play nice with it … darkness will be your best friend.” But if it ignore it “the darkness will run over you like a debutante at a toga sale.”
• Hades’ sees a lot of potential inside of Terra, potential to conquer the darkness inside of him. Hades is willing to help Terra because “if anybody knows conquering, I know conquering.”
• Hades then says that conquering the darkness is as easy as signing up for the Games. Because there’s a lot you can learn in the heat of battle, ya know? And there’s nothing to worry about, because Hades is going to watch out backs for us!
• We all know Hades is shady but… can Terra figure it out?
• By the way this is a “limited-time offer”!
• So instead of Phil guarding the entrance to the arena Hades is there instead. Looks like we don’t have a choice folks. Time to make a deal with Hades.
• God I love whoever writes Hades’ lines.
• So Hades starts to draw up the paper work asking for Terra’s name (“kinda earthy”), height and weight (where he just eyeballs Terra suspiciously) and last but not least Favorite God which Hades fills in as “Hades”.
• So apparently by the time we’re done with the final match we’ll have figured out how to conquer the darkness for good?
• SHAAADY!
• And if anything goes wrong Hades will make it go away? With a smile!
• On the bright said once again we haven’t had to do Phil’s Training (TWO FOR TWO!) on the not so bright side the Games are still on a time limit.
• After winning the Games once again you have to go talk to Hades. I… don’t feel like I’ve learned anything.
• Oh well that’s because we’ve got a final fight. Of course we do…
• As Terra walks into the arena Hades says “Okay… this is not what I had in mind.” UH OH! I guess it’s time for plan beta?
• Derp! Somebody is pushing their way past Hades it looks like… a Zack in a helmet.
• ZACK I’VE MISSED YOU!
• Oh no… Zack’s plan beta? Oh yeah! Remember when Zack told Aqua that Hades possessed him and made him fight Terra?
• Oh hey Terra, welcome back! Apparently once Terra has conquered the darkness in his heart he’ll never have to be afraid of it again.
• FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!
• Uh oh Zack has the tell-tale Dead Eyes!
• Hur hur, the info bar calls Zack “the mysterious solider”. Get it? Because Zack is in Solider? GET IT?!
• Compared to timed fights Zack is a breeze. Being able to smack people around whenever you feel like it is a luxury. Also Zack doesn’t move much. I could stand around whistling and it’d take him two minutes to get over to me (not that I did, just saying). Which… is odd programming. Ah well.
• So down Zack goes.
• Or…not.
• Zack gets back up and keeps fighting even after the match is over.
• Oh hey, Terra notices how easy that fight was too. So… INTENTIONALLY ODD PROGRAMMING!
• Lols, Zack is struggling to say that he’s possessed. Oh hey Terra’s caught on!
• Hades poofs in and is like “Hey kid this is what the power of darkness is like! You could do this too!”
• Terra’s all like “I’ll never go to the dark side darkness!”
• Oh nooo Zack :C
• He wants Terra to set his heart free.
• And now we’re fighting… but WHO?
• Just Zack… ROUND TWO!
• Oh holy crap! Zack now is a MONSTER! He’s like so fast! Seriously he K.Oed me with one hit the first time I fought him. Second time however I had learned from my mistake. Seems like Zack can’t fight back if you knock him outta his set routine, so simply keep hitting him and keep breaking his swings/moves before he can execute them. Normally when I play as Terra I stay back for a bit and do a shocklock move but… not possible with this Zack fight.
• Anyhoo! With Zack beaten for a second time the darkness around him disappears and confetti rains down on Terra.
• Hades says “that kid doesn’t have what it takes to handle darkness.” Dunno if he’s talking about Terra or Zack but off he goes.
• Zack’s upset that Hades was able to control him but takes Terra’s hand when he offers it. Terra helps Zack up and introduces himself then… stares at him with like the cutest expression ever (I love me some Zack) and proclaims that Terra is “exactly what I pictured a hero would be.” And it’s not just the way Terra looks, there’s something *special* about Terra.
• Terra does his best Batman impression and claims he’s no hero.
• But Zack counters with everybody cheering and says it’s not Terra who gets to choose if he’s a hero, people do. And they’ve “already made up their mind.” So it looks like Terra’s a hero!
• Zack punches Terra in the shoulder and says he’s his hero too! He only wishes he could have fought him fair and square.
• Terra punches Zack back and says that they might have a fair fight someday.
• Zack SMILES! And we get a D-link with Zack!
• New Keeeyblade!
• And we’re done here! Off to the next World!
