Slithered

The humans were endless. It was impossible to hold them off much longer.

"That's it, I'm out of here!" Taiga said aloud before slashing a few more humans and then heading in the direction of the others. "They've got enough time."

"Ya we can't keep this up forever," I answered back as I too turned and headed into a steady run.

It was easy following the scent of the others. They had come to a fox hole and were proceeding down inside. Taiga and the Eagle went down with me being last. I was unsure at first if I would even fit. I was 6'5 and even though I was skinny, I wasn't that skinny. I hated being in this human like form. I folded my arms in and slithered into the hole. Luckily, I managed to get through. My tongue flickered as I tasted/smelled the new surroundings. Inside was bigger but it still filled a bit cramped to me. I hope it would get larger as we went farther inward. I caught the sent of something behind the group. It wasn't human but that did not mean it wasn't hostile or working with them. It was the smell of a Bobcat.

In confirmation they called out "I'm not a human! Wait up!" Most of the group stopped out of curiosity of hearing another animal was here. Looked down as the Bobcat went past to get to Kita. The designated leader of the group.
