Stella

Stella has a cool design, she's a private Vocaloid though so people won't be able to buy her. A project made with only a 4 person team is pretty impressive :D (PlantyP and others were also working on something called Project Jewel, some kind of tribute to Ring Suzune [who was never released, as well as Lui, b/c the company kind of shut down/disappeared or whatever])

Xin Hua

New Vocaloid Xin Hua (心華), apparently she'll be released on V3 and not V4.

She's cute, hopefully she'll have a nice non-generic voice~

ALYS MMD

ALYS was gonna be a Vocaloid but they changed the engine to Cevio, another similar program (more focused on talking) I don't know much about the the software side of it but her design/voice is nice. IDK if anyone here actually works with MMD but good luck if you contact them! (Maybe I should also host another art contest about her after Uni's is done, I know a while back they were looking for artists and compiled all the entries in a song so it'd be cool for participation in this community as well)
