Hey, guys. I forgot to mention during the post with the grades for the last homework that I'm giving out an extra credit assignment. For those who submitted their homework last week, the extra credit assignment is to redo your homework, exactly the way you first drew it, but change it according to the critiques I gave. The deadline for the extra credit assignment is October 10, 2010.
As for the 3rd homework assignment, I was thinking of having it focus on coloring. But since I don't know how many of you actually color your drawings on a normal basis, I'm going to make a poll... Do you color your drawings or not? Please answer in the comments below so I know whether to make an assignment like that in the future.
Teacher: saekimidori
Assignment: Draw a person, any person. Include shading, and try to draw the whole body of the person, just not half, or up to the shoulder.
Focus: Shading.
Rules:
- You must draw the whole body.
- You do not have to dedicate your completed homework assignment to the teacher, but you MUST leave a link to the art piece in the comments below before the deadline otherwise you will be marked down (lose cookies).

Notes: Keep in mind that everything has a shadow. If you are going to add capes or other large articles of clothing, make sure you include shadows where necessary accordingly.
