So I've decided on your next assignment. Since we're just starting out, I'm not going to have you guys do anything too complex yet.
Teacher: saekimidori
Assignment: Draw a person, any person. It doesn't have to be an existing character; it could be somebody you came up with right on the spot. So long as they are human, and have the basic body parts.
Focus: The body and its proportions.
Rules:
- You must draw the whole body.
- As you are allowed to design the character however way you want, please do not include large articles of clothing such as capes, robes, or jackets. Also, do not add hats. Since this assignment is graded based on your ability to properly draw the human body with proper human proportions, large articles of clothing will get in the way and make it harder to see whether or not you can do this.
- You do not have to dedicate your completed homework assignment to the teacher, but you MUST leave a link to the art piece in the comments below before the deadline otherwise you will be marked down (lose cookies).
Deadline: September 20, 2010
Notes: It would be best if you did not use references. You should draw from your own mind and use your best judgement. This will show what your level is actually at and help you improve after criticism and grading.

I have repeatedly said this over and over again, and this is the last time I will remind students. If you do neither, it is your loss as it is your responsibility. This project is to help you improve, and I am only here to help you with that. If you can't do so much as keep up with updates, then that is nothing against me.
