The challenges went by pretty quickly,by now we were tied tree to tree. And this was the last challenge that I had to win no matter what.
"Are you ready for the leave,human?" He asked. I glanced to look at him. "Why would I leave?,am here for something and am getting her" I said he scowled walking away,I sighed the guy looked as if we were nearly starting.
I couldn't compare to a hollow,I was already beat my whole body was sore and I was dripping in sweat and blood.
I ran a hand through my hair, felling a little light headed, I stood up and walked over to the start of the labyrinth. Good thing this was the challenge,at this point I didn't know how much of this I could take.
"Ready?" The challenge official said. I stared at him waiting to just say go. "Set. GO!" He shouted I started to run over to the labyrinth.
"What's wrong human boy! You look weak!" Chance shouted, I ran ahead of him smirking trying to hide the fact I was beyond tired at that point. "Tired,I was trying to help you seemed lost!"I mocked him.
The labyrinth got shorter and shorter as we got closer to her,and so did the difficult level.
Finally caughting sight of the exit kayden just ahead,I smiled. I turned to see chance a few feet behind me.
I ran towards kayden to see a dagger fly right past me. The next thing I knew he was right. In front of me his sword drawn. He was trying to get me to fail the challenge. I thought
"Your little trick isn't going to work chance" I said.
"And am not going to let you win,I know more about her than you do!,I was her first" he said pushing the sword towards me. "You might have been,but that will not stop me" I said pushing him over to the wall of the labyrinth.
I took of running,blood covered most of my right arm. I saw kayden right in front of me. I smiled embracing her in a hug,kissing her.
I couldn't wait what waited me after this.
