Victor watched the antics with an insolent smirk plastered on his face.
I looked at him and whispered out of the side of my mouth "Victor, that boy just grew another wing" "Oh, don't be so vulgar, m'dear." he replied, dodging a well placed attack
Then the girls struck. I closed my eyes, for a minute I thought everything was all over, until I opened them. The two girls had been blown back and there was Victor, he had bloody wings on his back and a red rapier in his hand. His smile was more of a grimace.
"Come now boys and girls." he called out between gritted teeth "Let's calm ourselves. We come in peace. In fact; I can do better than peace I can even answer all your questions." I gasped. That was absurd. . .wasn't it? I looked at him suspiciously.
"if you can answer our questions then tell me; why are there two of you?!" called out the man still on the ground. "Eeeeeeeexcept that one." Victor said.
"Are you mocking us?!" the girl demanded heatedly
"No m'dear. If you remember I said I could answer your questions, I didn't say I would." He winked.
The girl screamed in rage.
"Now, Yuuki, calm down." Murmured Victor, his tone was almost soothing. The girl stopped dead. "H-h-how do you know my name?" she looked angry and a little frightened. "You do have a knack for asking the wrong questions." Victor looked positively gleeful.
