I second the glitches idea. I hear there's a complicated maneuver in "Yellow" where you can find Mew. Not sure if it's true, though.
I'd also like to know how the creators came up with certain Pokemon. I know some of them were inspired by Japanese mythology. You could explain how mythology was incorporated into various Pokemon.
