Author's note: Well, I hope you liked it! It's not much, I know, but I saw you like Hitsugaya, and decided writing this short story with him. I had this idea in my mind for some time, actually, but I originally thought of using a nameless shinigami as the protagonist. But I think that, in the end, using a young Hitsugaya was better!
"Hiei" is a small reference to a character from Yu Yu Hakusho, just in case you don't know that anime. He's somewhat similar to Hitsugaya, only he has fire-related powers, instead of ice. Some people even say Hiei inspired Tite Kubo to create Hitsugaya.
And... part of the gift is helping me with the title!! LOL. Because I SUCK at titles... >.<' So, any ideas?
