If you are a "Star Trek" fan who likes to order merchandises online, here's a piece of news for you! Yesterday, TrekMovie.com revealed that on Saturday, June 4, Hollywood auction house Propworx will be hosting its 2nd "Star Trek" memorabilia auction. According to Alec Peters, CEO of Propworx, this year's Stra Trek auction will offer 257 props, costumes, set pieces, set decoration, and production art from all "Star Trek" T.V. series and some Trek films for fans to choose from to order online.
Here are some examples of what will be auctioned at this years Star Trek auction
- matte painting of Starbase 11 landscape used in making the "Star Trek: The Original Series" episode "The Menagerie, Part 1"
- Starfleet red-colored uniform costume worn by actress Celeste Yarnell for the role of Lt. Martha Landon during filming of the ST: TOS episode "The Apple" (women's boots included)
- Enterprise-E door decals made for the production of "Star Trek: First Contact" (1996)
- The Prop that played the U.S.S. Defiant NX-74205 Control Helm Panel in "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" (1993)
Propworx indicates that those wanting to buy off any of the auctioned items must first register on Live auctioners at www.liveauctioneers.com/catalog/25208.
