My name is Carney, a ridiculous name for a person in my opinion. I am a man of many a tale. I have some awesome brain tweaks that make my life very interesting. If you are tuning in to my world for the first time you will realize my love for Doctor Who, Venture Bros., Metal, and anime (derp). But I enjoy mostly old anime, but time and again I'll find something very interesting that's new.

1. I am a hockey goalie. I live, breathe, and sleep hockey.

2. I am currently employed by Lego and have a NonDisclosure Agreement with them.

3. I enjoy cos-ing and would always love to do more so of it.

4. Hardcore gamer. Love games, but low cash flow.

5. A damn good looking dude. Maybe. Probably.

Who here would like to see a 4 minute video of me making an ass of myself and doing stupid voices? I got really bored and I wanted to see what I actually sound like when I do my voices. So I recorded it. But I will only put it up if I get a strong enough pull.

Karoshi-Con

So yesterday (Saturday), me and Ryu and some other members of our Anime club decided to hit up a small college run convention at NIU. I returned to another convention as Classy Fett and Ryu decided to go as Classy Prime. We were very classy. Sooo For shits and giggles we decided to enter the cosplay contest. Here is footage of it.

And we totally won most creative. Though I seriously f-ed up the Daft Punk lines. It was fun held by all. Just thought I'd share.

Slow Day

Well I just keep procrastinating my review write ups. But I thought I would take advantage of my procrastination. I am fully rewatching the series' while working on my cosplay. So two cosplay shots in one day. Oh my! This one is actually from today versus a month ago.

I am regretting choosing a ridiculous cos, but I'm having fun making it. I think Friday I will hopefully put on the first layer of papier mache. Then I just have to paint it and put on the finishing details... Unfortunately that's just the head. I have a lot of head of me. I end on one of my favorite quotes of all time, its by Ernest Hemingway. "Write drunk. Edit Sober."
