Chapter 7- A grand adventure with the great Black*star
Black*star put Karin back down on the round after they had got to the bottom of the stairs. “That was unnecessary” Karin said, Black*star frowned. “But it was sweet, in a weird way” she added. Black*star grinned at her and she grinned back. They walked to around the streets. Karin noticed black*star staring at her but when she turned to check he would look away. *I need proof that he likes me before I say anything* thought Karin, blushing. A demon weapon miester appeared *the adventure starts here* thought Black*star and Karin. “Black*star stay behind me, you have no weapon” said Karin letting her wings appear. “I can do damage without…” Black*star was cut off by Karin “I’d never forgive myself if you got hurt” said Karin. She turned her head and smiled “friends look out for each other ok?” Black*star nodded and stepped back. “Please leave, Medusa can’t have me” Karin said. “But you have to come or lady Medusa will be angry, I don’t think I could handle not eating again” the boy said. “No one can have me” Karin whispered. Her body started to glow a dark red and her hair flow around. “But medusa…” he was cut off by Karin “Hell to Medusa, joins us at the DWMA”. “NO!” the boy yelled. He kept slashing at Karin. After many attempts and failures, Karin finally was hit in the chest. The sword stabbed through her chest and out of her back. “Karin” yelled Black*star. “Let’s cheese it before Medusa finds out we killed the thing she wanted” said the sword. The boy nodded and pulled the sword from Karin’s chest. He ran off and Karin fell to her knees. “Defeated by a demon sword, is this how it ends?” she said before collapsing. “Shit, I gotta get her to Stein” said Black*star as he picked her up bridal style. He ran to Stein’s house and burst through the door covered in blood. “What happened?” screamed Marie. “Karin… she was hurt bad” sobbed Black*star. “Bring her to the operating table” said Stein. Black*star nodded, he tried to lay Karin down on the table but she had hold of his shirt. “It’s going to be ok” said Black*star with a weak smile. She smiled back and let go, slipping unconscious.
Black*star waited out in the lounge room. “She’ll need lots of rest so take her home” said Stein as he washed his hands. Black*star nodded and picked Karin up. She snuggled up to him smiling. He just smiled at her as he walked put the door. He walked down the street deep in thought. He walked through the door of Karin and Haruhi’s apartment to find Haruhi and Soul making out. Haruhi got off Soul and ran over to Karin. “Is she ok, what happened?” asked Haruhi. “She got stabbed but Stein fixed her up” Black*star explained. Haruhi frowned “Take her to her room” she said. Black*star nodded and walked up to Karin’s room. He lay her down and brushed the hair out of her eyes. “I should have protected you, my love” he whispered. Black*star stayed by Karin’s bed and fell asleep on the coach that was in her room.
“Would you be mine?” soul asked Haruhi. “Hell yeah” she replied. Soul smiled, said good bye and went home. “A sad day with a happy ending” said Haruhi.
