Fainting spell

I couldn’t believe the amount of youma that had gathered in the short amount of time. But then again I couldn’t believe how many scouts had gathered. Apollo had assured me there would be at least one, but I hadn’t even expected them to show. “The princess! The princess! And more little scouts!” the biggest of the youma, which I guessed was the leader, twirled in a circle.

“E-excuse me,” I turned to see the girl from earlier, newly transformed and looking around nervously. “What am I supposed to do?”

I groaned and was about to tell her that now wasn’t the time, when I saw that the youma had charged out of the corner of my eye. “Watch out!” I cried, pushing her out of the way. “Are you crazy?” I snapped. “Don’t ever take your eyes off of them.”

“I’m sorry,” she blurted out, looking back up at the grinning youma. I looked around to see that even more had joined him. I hoped that Apollo had managed to convince the other girls, or otherwise, we were goners. I pointed my staff at the closest one and a blast of orange light shot out of it, incinerating the youma. “Wow,” I looked back to see the girl looking at me with wide eyes. I grinned, but then took a deep breath. I wouldn’t be able to use that attack many more times.

“Are you ok?!” I cried in shock as the girl fainted. There was a shimmer of light, and Solaris appeared in the girls place. No way, that had really been her? “Solaris, wake up!” I shook her.

The monsters laughed and I could feel myself trembling slightly. “This is easier than I thought,” the monsters began closing in on us.

I tried covering Solaris with my body as they reached for her, but I was too scared to move. There was a hiss, and I saw the orange cat hanging from the monsters hand by his teeth. “Your tiara, now,” he growled.

“My Tiara?” I looked at him confused. Trembling I reached up to the tiara that was on my forehead, and easily pulled it off. “What do I do now?!” I looked back up at the cat.

“Throw it!” he yelled.

Not really sure what I was doing, or how this would help, I threw the tiara like a frisbee at one of the monsters. “Moon Tiara Action!” the monster seemed to dissolve as the tiara connected, reappearing on my head a moment later.
