Daemon
From the deepest pits of Hell
He strikes fear in many a heart
To a select few He brings a feeling most joyous
Those that practice in the arts most atrocious
Breath of brimstone and eyes of Hellfire
The very thing that causes great ire
Claws of obsidian and fangs of ivory
Oh woe the life of misery of me
Wings of a bat and skin like red leather
No matter how you much you attack it
It won't look weaker
To fight this daemon you must find it's mortal enemy
You must form the most holy trinity
For while his wrath is quite fierce
Any holy man could pierce
His leathery hide of crimson red
And separate his body from his head
The next mornings light be done
All signs of battle be gone
And no matter what the cost
May the daemons name be forever lost
Phobia
Moonlight nights a shine with fright
For all things slimy or hairy you should be wary
Lightning flashes and thunder cracks
Make me wish I was back at home
So i could read a my joke book aw the sacred tome
If the dark is where your courage starts to go
Jump back into the light and it grow
Then grab a teddy bear and curl into your blanket real tight
And the morning light will soon destroy the night
For all the Ghosts,Ghouls,Vampires, and other creatures
Will become a imaginary figment
And you will soon regain your pigment
The Ferryman
This is dedicated to my lovely black rose, for while forests of glass and steel and moutains of concrete and iron may separate us we will be forever connected by tiny streams of electricity.
Eyes of black and sallow skin
He's the one who takes you in
Robed in the night wielding an oar of bone
He is the one to take you into your new home
The pitch black gondola is how you come in
For you only see him if you have committed a unforgiven or heinous sin
Hope your loved one have wished you well
For you have just entered hell.
The Cold
Marrow freezing cold and bone shattering winds
Snow so cold it erases sins
Icy spears and frozen monoliths
A testament to a omnipotent might
Pray that You are in a warm place tonight
People caught in this Devilish storm
Will become statues upon the morn
The Waters of Coctyus descend upon the land
Guided by a swift tempered God's hand
Upon the morn the storm is done
Apollo races across the sky with the Chariot of the Sun
All is calm and all is well
Until next winter when there is another descent into a frozen hell
The Shadow Men
The Shadows
Born in shadow, raised in sin
Watch for Them and don't let Them in
They slither and They snake
They make you squirm and shake
Their night black eye's and Raven hair
With a gliding gait They walk on air
Sallow skin and shallow breath
Be wary of Them for They bring death!
These Shadow men They raid and ravage
They can strike fear in the most feral savage
To summon Them is a most black and frightful sin
For They have no inclination to begin only to End
"Shadow men, Shadow men We cast thee out"
That is what we must shout
At increasing volume but even clarity
Till the Shadow men become a rarity
Though there is a easier way
You must dismiss Them before Morning's light
When They leave all is right
For this is the end of a cold Samhain night.
