City of The Dead
The scent of rotting flesh wafts through the street like a macabre perfume
The walking dead bring the living doom
Mountains of rusted metal and broken glass,rise into the clouds testament of Humanity's past
Built to stand the tests of time no longer do they last
Skies of perpetual gray
Forever portray a gloomy day
Cars forever lie abandoned and desolate in the streets
Roaming the sidewalks the flesh eating denizens you shall meet
One can seek solace in an abandoned building
But ever so slowly hope is dwindling
The only way to stay alive is the destruction of the head
The deceased make more deceased in this... City of The Dead!
YAAAYY!!
hey guys just wanted to let you know that i have finally finished... TWO WHOLE POEMS!! okay now that that is done. im posting both poems one is entitled City of the dead and the other is entitled Killer's Nocturne. bit of warning killers nocturne has stuff that if you have a vivid imagination... you probably shouldn't be reading my poems anyway but none the less it is merely a representation of my imagination... i do not... i repeat... i do not codone any of the things mentioned in Killer's Nocturne... that is all enjoy... oh i know its early but... HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! MWUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA XD [;;]
Alone
I wrote this one when i found out that my ex-girlfriend while in our relationship told me she didn't like being hugged, posted on a guys wall that next time she saw him at a football game she would give him a hug... i hope you enjoy!
Why must i be so alone?
Is this just another forsaken chapter in this book
Stuck in limbo, my palms sweat
My pulse quickens, why do you use this as a threat
What have i done that wronged you
All i said was that i loved you
But instead like a wretched hag
You chilled my heart and made my shoulders sag
This blinding darkness and deafening silence
What you did angered me to violence
You finally did it, you made me hate you
Now be forever lonely, I curse you!
