Kandagawa Jet Girls Review

The website appears to be working on Chrome again, let's hope it stays that way, now for some Jet Racing.

Based on a PlayStation Racing Game, Kandagawa Jet Girls is all about the competitive world of Jet Ski Racing, the sport consisting of a jet skier and a shooter that fires a water gun make it more than your typical wave race.
The story centers around Rin and Misa as they live up to the legacy left by their mother and older sister respectively, as they go through the trials of trying to bond as a duo.
It's also the same type of anime as Keijo, no male characters, just wholesome sexy female bonding through sport, although it probably needed a bit more sport as opposed to the situations the cast find themselves in at times.
The cast are pretty strong with other duos consisting of the rich bitch and her food obsessed maid, the social media obsessed gyaru girls, the small idols who act like vtubers, the Otaku obsessed Americans with the exaggerated Engrish and finally the split personality girl and her spiritually calm girlfriend.
The balance is mostly there but spends probably too much time establishing the bonds of the leads with Misa being the one that holds back the plot for the whole 12 episode run.
For the most part it's fairly decent with a good finish.
The dub on the other hand is really terrible don't watch it.
No idea what the game is like.
Final Verdict: A decent anime with a well balanced cast, just wish there was a bit more sport in this sports anime.
