woot..~ been quite inactive here for the past couple of weeks.. perhaps about a month or more.. straight to the point, i have nothing to update that's related to art.... >x<! there's an upcoming convention (c4con.com) by the end of this month but unfortunately, i havent been drawing enough to have something new in my artist table... v_v although im working on 2 commissions to be picked up in that con and a few more commissions left after that... x__x" well... i guess it's safe to announce that my sailor moon links manga will be updated on oct. 18.. :>
but the reason for this post is just to drop by.. my full time work makes it hard for me to check the computer at home... @____@; my job is still related to images.. image capture proofing colors and focus for photographs.. if ever u heard of lifetouch canada--class pictures, it's that one.. i look at almost 7000 pictures each shift and probably about 4000 people from different parts of canada.... @x@; interesting enough, i've seen familiar faces and made sure their picture turns out photoshopped-ish.. lol jk... im only responsible for color treatment and focus.. =P so i make sure their faces are not too blue or purple or not too blushy or blending with the background... there's a bit of complications in this job thats why it hurts my eyes and wrist to use the computer at home coz of the lingering feeling from work.. >_> later in the season i'll be transferred to data entry which i had applied for originally.. i was not even gonna apply since i dont have a resume for this kind of job but i tagged along with my cousin who wants to apply.. unfortunately, i got in instead of her.. i type fast enough to be qualified but during the interview i sorta kinda mentioned about art so i was put in the images first before just typing.. v_v' although it's not the field of my career, this job is more like a way to earn money for christmas gifts and shopping expenses... XD the season is expected to end by december or before december, whatever.. but i think i'd have enough to cover my plans for next year... if i am going back to toronto for work, i gotta have money for apartment and stuff... XD so yeah.. im really excited to get laid off from work but at the same time, i'll feel kinda sad since i wont be able to see that guy with cool glasses who sat beside me at tonight's dinner.. lol....... >v<!!
anyway....... i hope everyone's doing well... here's a food post like the usual... =P
it was the emoloyee's day at work and we were given complimentary food... it was also my first pay cheque after 3 or 4 years..? XD im the type who lived all this time through my parent's fundings.. lol....... >v< but since im done with school, i figured i should be responsible for my own expenses now.. *weh...... <_<*
anyways... it was sort of a memorable day as well.. @u@ i'll post the details one of these days in my daydream world..~~<3
