Note: This is more serious than my more recent posts in this world...
Ok... as the title suggests, I am planing to make a world for Touhou Project Rp type world thing.
The reason I am not just making the world off hand is because, I would need other peoples ideas, such as guidelines, also most people who will read this knows more about touhou than I do, since I have only beaten SWR/UNL and haven't even beaten Sakuya on easy mode on EotSD -_-
.
So...ya, I have thought of some rules that if enough people say that they would want to join/help me make this world, I will post my ideas, such as Character rules, World rules, and the other things.
I am open to suggestions and hope lots of people can/want/will join. Just pm me for anything.
