Ladies and gentlemen, the great Phil Collins.
The above song has kind of become the theme song for this weekend for me. It's actually a Phil Collins song that I've only just recently heard. It was one of the songs he did for the Disney movie Brother Bear, a movie which I ended up watching yesterday. I normally stay away from Disney movies because of issues I have with the company itself. But there was absolutely nothing else on yesterday afternoon, and I did recall hearing something about Phil Collins doing the soundtrack so I decided to go ahead and watch. The music was quite good, while the movie itself was just typical Disney shlock.
Anyway, it's been an okay weekend for me. This morning was not that great however. I woke up with a migraine that stayed with me for most of the day. Those types of migraines are the hardest kind to get rid of. I was pretty much unable to do any writing or anything else today. But I'm feeling okay now though. Other than the migraine, it's been a pretty good weekend
Getting back to the title of this post, the good news it that I've finished another fan fiction project. The bad news though is that I'm not sure what project to do next. I mean I have ideas, plus another story that I ended up putting on hold. But I don't feel particularly motivated to do any of them at the moment. I also have plans to do a sequel to the fanfic I just finished, but I don't really want to start on it right away. I find that if I work on a particular project for too long, I start getting a little sick of it. So I think a break from that project is in order. But once again I find that I've hit another wall.
Other than that though, things are going pretty good for me at the moment. This was also kind of a notable day for the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise too, as the final episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL aired in Japan today. So up next is the beginning of Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V. Anyway, that's pretty much all there is to report at the moment. Until next time.
