This is based of a dream I had about one of my OC's named Jessica Queen. She is Oliver Queens cousin, just thought I'd give you fair warning
Jesse sat back in her office and looked out the huge windows on her right. She was looking out over the skyline of Gotham, since Oliver had put her in charge of the Queen Industries branch in Gotham City. He had also sent her there because he could not mentor her himself since he had to lead the Justice League so he sent her to be mentored by the hero of Gotham, Batman; aka Bruce Wayne.
Bruce was already mentoring someone. His name was Dick Grayson. They got along pretty well when their egos weren't clashing. Bruce would have them train together to see who was stronger. Jesse was tall, thin and flexible and very fast, but Dick was tall, musculy and strong. He could easily beat her when it came to strength, even so they were evenly matched in their gymnastic abilities.
Dick had been in the circus with his family before they were killed and Bruce took him in. Jesse had been the daughter of an Army General, and was on a track and field team before her foster brother killed the only family she had ever known. They were alike in more ways than they cared to admit, but Jesse had still had a family, her only problem was locating them. After researching the one clue she had of her real family she found out who she was... she was part of the great Queen family. Her Aunt and Uncle had been killed many years before but her cousin was left behind.
After she went to Metropolis to find her cousin she had met a young man named Clark Kent. He introduced her to so many new friends, when he asked why she was in Metropolis he was surprised to find that she was Oliver's cousin. Clark took her to meet Oliver soon after that.

Jesse's phone roused her from her memories.
Jesse: Hello?
Oliver: Well she lives.
Jesse: What's up Oliver?
Oliver: We've got problems, how fast can you get here?
Jesse: Consider me already there.
Jesse grabbed here gear and headed out, going back to Metropolis.....
