This week's question is: What is the first anime you watched that made you love anime? What show or movie do you remember seeing and saying to yourself, "Hey, I like these Japanese cartoon thingies!"
The first anime I remember liking was The Cat Returns. When we were kids, my cousin Eve was really into Studio Ghibli films (she always did have excellent taste ) She gave us The Cat Returns for Christmas one year, and we absolutely loved it. It's still one of my favorite movies.
