(Yes I know this is from Emerald, sorry.)

You come across the Game Corner in the big city of Goldenrod: seems like everything's happening there. There's another one in Celadon City when you make your way into Kanto, as if you didn't have enough underage gambling as it was. And what better song to listen to while playing the slots and participating in Pokemon trafficking than this lovely piece~!

Yes. Listen to that wonderful music. Who wouldn't be dancing to this? It's so busy, especially for its time. When I think casino, I usually think smooth jazz, but this fits surprisingly well. I actually really like the short sound clip in the beginning...I really can't figure out why. The drum sounds in this song actually kinda sound like drums, and again, that's remarkable for the time this was created. This song is just so addictive and fun to listen to. Everyone in my dorm is actually staring at me right now as I jam out to it on headphones. ...yeah time to move on to the next version.

Unfortunately, there were no slots in HeartGold and SoulSilver, but the game they replaced the slots with, Voltorb Flip, is actually pretty fun. And this is very fun music, a pretty good remix. I like the beginning even more in this version, especially with the even more realistic drum sounds. I wish they'd made the piano sounds sound just a bit more realistic though...I can't tell if I'm supposed to be listening to a regular piano or an electric piano or just digital sounds. The section at :52 with the guitar sound clip reminds me a lot of battle music played in Mother 3. This whole song actually reminds me a lot of Pokemon Colosseum. I dunno. But anyway, while I do like this version, I have to say that the original beats this out. I'm bouncing around a little to this, but I was full-out dancing to the first one. Original wins this round. And to the fan remix~!

This. Is. So. FUN. This really makes me want to get up and dance with raving techno lights and all that crap. It really does give off that techno-rave-electronic feel, and I love it. And when the piano comes in, it sounds GREAT. I never thought those two could mix so well, piano and electronics. The section starting at 2:24 is great. It's a bit lower-key but still keeps up the energy and adds in original music, something I love to see in remixes. However, my favorite part of this remix is at 4:01. I hope to Mew you listened that far. BAM. BAM. PRIMAL DIALGA THEME FROM OUT OF FRICKIN NOWHERE. I'll be completely honest, the first time I heard that, I had an absolute spaz. I thought it was the best thing ever. It's still kinda the best thing ever. Just saying.

Well, until next week, ciao~!
