A stench in the air
Dried old meat rotting in the bin
Yeah that's the way I think of you now
A torn piece of scrap paper
A broken doll with only one eye
Yeah that's the way I see you now
Breaking up is hard to do
When all you do is leave me lonely
Saying sorry means nothing to me anymore
Because now I finally see you for what you truly are
A ripped heart like the one in my chest
A worn out empty treasure chest
A blade of grass ripped from the Earth
Yes this is the way I know you now
A broken television set
A busted radio antenna
A lamp that no longer keeps light
Yes this is the way I will remember you now
When all you do is leave me lonely
Saying sorry means nothing to me anymore
Because now i finally see you for what you truly are
A release from your grasp
A light shining in the dark
A door now opens for me
I can now walk freely through
I can now learn my way out from under you
When all you do is leave me lonely
I now see what is true
And it feels great to say
You know...I don't LOVE you
