I sat there...in the dark...when suddenly my door was busted in by Kyxsha. She seemed angry... -_-' I was the one who was SUPPOSED to be angry...Before I could breathe a single word...she started shouting at me....I just stood there numb.
"Don't you even start, I have some things to get off my chest, so don't even THINK of interrupting. First you tell me to get lost, then when i go and do the Team mate thing, you hate me. You don't even bother to listen to the perfect explanation of what happened. I would act the EXACT same way for you if you were in Yamil's Situation!!" I tried to speak...but felt my voice go out...now she was cutting off my OXYGEN?!
" I don't care if you hate me, hate Yamil WHATEVER you could have at the very least gotten those back to the castle that needed MEDICAL ATTENTION, you big ass." At this...I was completely and utterly lost. Who needed medical attention? I didn't see anyone there. But wait...I HADN'T GOTTEN THE CHANCE TO SEE ANYONE! The moment I appeared...I had that guy in my face...and from that moment on...it was all about the battle. I had been too wrapped up in defeating that man...and getting Kyxsha back. I had just assumed the rest of the group were already back at the castle...besides...I wouldn't have left so suddenly if I weren't so ticked off...I seriously wanted to slice him in half when Kyxsha begged for his life. If I didn't leave...I would have.
"...I had to get them back here and tend to them BY MYSELF. and have you even SEEN Aryax, she's REALLY TALL... that doesn' make things esier!!" She continued...I had just tuned back in from my thoughts. "I'm not as weak as you continue to think i am. I can handle myself." It seemed she was done...I felt my voice return.
"No you can't." I said flatly. Now I was going to explain MY SIDE of the situation. But before I could say anything...she pulled something from her pocket. A tiny vial? She squirted it in my face. That's when things got VERY BAD. I felt my throat close...my eyes and nose began to water...and I fell to my knees. Coughing...I could feel my lungs tightening and I started to go into slight convulsions. I didn't know what she used...but the electric impulses in my brain were going haywire. Constantly having to rewrite some sort of invasion. It was trying to control me...but such things didn't work on the likes of me. Yet...the potion was potent...and felt more like a poison to ME. Because I wouldn't comply with it...it threatened to tear me apart. And so my body took the only action it knew to be for the best...gasping for air...I crawled forward and pushed Kyxsha hard. She flew across the room, out my door. I then collapsed completely...my body shut itself done. Electricity burst forth...creating an impenetrable shield all around me. It couldn't be brought down by anything...any and all of my being concentrated on it...until whatever foreign material within my body dissipated and disappeared.
Kyxsha sat frightened against the wall. She didn't realize what was happening. Before she could do anything a portal opened up...just minutes later. Domix stepped through in a rushed panic. His eyes went wide...and he rushed to the edge of the barrier.
"MAGNI!" He cried in a worried tone. He pressed on the barrier...but was shot across the room. Smashing the chair sitting idle in the corner to bits. Standing up...he looked over and found Kyxsha. He ran up and grabbed her. "YOU! WOMAN...What happened here! Why did Magni's defense come up...that's only for if..." Suddenly the vial fell from Kyxsha's hands as he shook her.
"I didn't mean...I only wanted him to see how Yamil felt..." She mumbled.
Domix's eyes fell on the vial. He bent and picked it up. He gripped it tightly and looked at Kyxsha with an indescribable fury. "YOU DIDN'T?! Not Le Suxube's potion! DAMN IT! Don't you know Ximh is a GOD? You were at the tournament...weren't you?!" He yelled. "This sort of thing...won't work. Especially Ximh...he can rewrite any suggestion in his mind...and anyone else's. The electrical impulses or something...I don't recall now." He had his hand on his forehead...thinking desperately about what to do. "That witch probably juiced this up too...It's poisoning him...He might die...if it's not out of his system within 24 hours..." He came to this grim realization...and stood there numb...looking at his brother through the field.
"WHAT DO WE DO!!" Kyxsha suddenly yelled. "I never meant..."
"I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU MEANT!" Domix suddenly interrupted and shoved Kyxsha against the wall. She winced a bit...from her bruises. "The point is...you poisoned him! Face it! I don't know why he even stays in this place...if you people want him DEAD! I can do NOTHING...yet you're all so close to him...I hate you all!"
Domix caught himself actually revealing too much...he pulled away and formed a portal. "Just because he's unconscious, don't think he won't incinerate you. So don't touch the barrier...you'll just interfere with his body's processes...just stay out of the way...I think you've done enough." With that cold remark he left...the vial in hand. He would take it to someone who could help him. His only hope...to save his brother.
