New glitch I'm noticing, Bossman. Spoiler tags don't hide certain colors of text. Mostly shades of red, it seems. The spoiler tag just appears in the background of the text it's supposed to hide. I'm using the latest Firefox on Vista Home Premium. Not sure if the issue appears on other browsers, though.
EDIT: Okay, and now those ones did work. maybe it just happens in the News Nuggets?

It's a nice new feature, I was like "whoa...what the..." when I first submitted a comment. I got the window that said something about "stop writing a script" but other than that, it looks great.
I really like it a lot; love the new design. Thank you so much Mike! ^^
But I would like to suggest that the text box for PMs and posts expand like the old way; I don't really like that the new box is tiny or expands to the length of the post without the option of scrolling up/down the post itself.
And also, I've been having the same comment scattering and 'stop running script' problem that other IE users have been expirencing, which can start when comments center themselves when you exit, which I've also been having. (I have IE 8 btw.)

I love it!
Before... thanks to the wonderful makings of dial up... every time I tried to open up a box with ten or more comments my computer would completely freeze until it slowly loaded every.... single... icon.... (I despise .gif icons, truely). But now! The comment box opens right away and there is no freezing what so ever! I adore it!
Now I'll be more inclined to comment on stuff, no matter the number of comments :)
BUT. Whenever i close the box, it asks me if I want to stop running the script or else my computer will go into i-hate-you-mode. And then the handles(...pointers? er... the 4 way arrow for moving stuff!) of where the box was still show up on the screen even though the box is gone. I'm using IE 8 on Vista.

I like it. But it doesn't seem to get along with Opera. All it showed was a sliver of an icon and that's it. Had to switch to Firefox to read comments and reply.
It happened again @.@
The thing is that the status is dissapeared along with those buttons, I need to refresh comments for them to show, just to say I'm replying to you.

Looks sleek and everything, just wondering:
Is the edit comment option gone now? Or just hidden somewhere where I can't find it? (I wanted to edit a comment I made this morning, but ended up double posting...come to think of it, I didn't see a delete option either...not that I wanted to delete anything yet, but...)
*edit* Well geeze, the edit and delete options showed up here, Don't know why it wasn't on the other comment box where I wanted to use it ^^'
**Going back to where I wanted to edit before, there still wasn't the edit/delete options, I clicked the Refresh button on the comments and my status along with the reply/edit/delete were finally visible (IE8, Windows 7)

At first I was utterly confused by what this amazing new comment box was that everyone was seeing. All I saw was the old one, except with the ability to comment taken away. Then I saw Wayward's comment here, and now it's all good.
It'll take some time for me to check it out, but so far I'm thinking it's pretty cool.
I'm using Firefox 3.5.6 on Vista ultimate SP2 & I'm having the same problem as KCHuang.
while typing up a comment or reading comments, if I try to close the comment box, everything centers & the comment box freezes for a second or 2 before closing.
other than, I'm quite happy with the new commenting system thank you Mike!

Hmmm, I still wanna see the comments while I was typing mine out. Kinda giving me some 'inspiration', and the 'centered' issue seemed to happen to me too, but without the freezing. Chrome on XP SP2.

My cache was being finicky, but I've cleared it now and the new box is fully operational on my end. Very nice lookin', I must say. Nicely done, Bossman.
I am liking this new comment box. Just one problem when I try closing the box:

As for the problems on my end~
:The comment box occasionally loads incompletely. Emoticons/text options don't pop up.
:When sending PMs, the text box does not expand. Instead, a verrrrry small scroll bar appears at the side, giving me only 2-3 lines of visibility. This can be problematic when typing up long replies.
Other that those two things, I'm liking this improvement. It has a friendlier look and, best of all, you can move it about. This will make commenting on art a lot more interesting~
Actually, I have one complaint. Adam, could you possibly make it so signatures appear a line lower than what they are now? It looks like the sentence from my sig is part of my comment.
At first it wasn't working right, but I think it's all good now. Though when I tried to reply to a comment, it didn't work. I'll have to try again and see...but perhaps check up on that. :)

Well, I had some bugs with, when submitting a comment seeing the front page of theotaku. Also sometimes the box wouldn't load completely and I couldn't type my comment. There's also the bug of the comment box not loading at all and seeing any previous comments in a plain way. Using Safari on OSX 10.6.2 Snow Leopard
Everything is cool now though.

i found out that you have to keep it all in one paragraph to keep in center.
or else it leads off like this.
you can fix that by doing the center thing everytime you start a new paragraph.
