*lies under an AC vent and never comes out*
After I made that post yesterday, a front of really crappy weather came in, so the electric crews had to stop working. (And for good reason - a tornado touched down not too far from here. Eep.) So we didn't get it back until today. I am still cooling off. Never leave me again, central air.
On a more amusing note, my cat outdid herself in specialness yesterday. We had my mom's bathtub filled with water before the outage so we'd have water for face-washing and such. My cat decided that it was a fantastic idea to try to drink from the tub water, and of course, she fell in. Poor thing. That will never not be hilarious.
My camera came! I went around and took some pictures. We had some crazy flooding yesterday, but by the time I got out there, the sun had been out for a while and the neighborhood wasn't quite underwater anymore. But the pictures look great. I love my camera~
Well, time to pack up and get to bed - I have an early flight tomorrow. I'll put up prompts before bed, and read responses when I get settled. See everyone in Boston!
