Bond Villian-itus

Over this four day weekend in celebration of Veterans Day I had a moment. It was a brief moment, but a moment that bears remembering.

It is a habit of some restaurants to give free meals to veterans on that day. For the past couple years that I've been back in the states I've partaken in this offer. But this year, as I slaved over my stove making a high class meal for a welcome back party, I had a darkening thought.
All the menus I've chosen from for my free meal are limited. Only select menu items, usually none of the really good stuff. And I began to think, "Does that seem right to you?"
I mean, if I were a restaurant owner I'd give the choice of the whole menu, only limiting how many dishes per people there. I would never deny a fellow Soldier the high class tastes of the more expensive things. Many of them, especially the old dudes, have seen some sort of hell in their service. It seems only right to let them eat good.

Secondly, following suit with my last post about my international spy neam being Chesti McMillan, I have deemed my Bond Villian name to be, Felicia Featherbottom.
