Japanese language trivia

For the end there are some interesting facts that I wrote myself about Japanese language:

# It is the only language in the world that doesn’t have a specific major category in which section of languages it is placed. Instead it is in a smaller category called Japonic languages, in which major and mostly spoken and used language of course is Japanese

# Next to Japan, there is another small island country called Palau where it is recognized as a regional language

# Some of the words in Japanese have different way of pronouncing in terms of accents. That’s why there are specific ways of showing in writing and it is set on vocals.

# Hawaii is heavily been populated by Japanese people in the past and is one of the most states in the world by percentage of Japanese ancestors and settlers

# Hirgana and Katakana are actually modified scripts of Kanji characters, which Japanese use even more after the WW2

# Even though there are threes scripts of language symbols, what makes it the hardest language is the combination of them, pronouncenation, as well as the different meanings of specific kanji

# The total number of kanji is said to be around 100.000, even though mostly commonly used ones are somewhere around 3000

# Japanese is considered by many the hardest language to learn completely in the world
