Yup, it makes things harder. Though I should think about making flat characters like Excalibur from Soul Eater.
I create more male characters than female characters too 'cause I've been trying to improve my males.x3 But now that I've been drawing males, I'm less confident drawing anything else. ;w;
I was about to suggest turquoise as a hair color before I saw the options :U I'm so psychic. That's So Raven. Just kidding~
Ev'rybody has their own pace with art. Your pictures always look very put together and like you spent a lot of time on them. And you always share sketches, so you keep us in the loop c:

I was going to say, for you character, turquoise because there aren't many characters with that hair colour, but then I thought about lavender, and that'd look good, too. I think you should combine the two. That'd be a nice, lovely combination.

I can be inconsistent in drawing my characters too, but I think it's 'cause I'm trying to figure out what they'd look like from different perspectives.
OOOH...can't wait to see it. I think all the art I've checked from you has been male... I'm not sure why I only looked at your males.
