My darlings, welcome to Momma Love's Movies with Momma Love! You see, I've always wanted to do movie reviews and such but my friends always say that I'm stupid for trying because I don't know movies. Trust me, I've seen a ton of movies. Sure they're not diverse but I know the difference between good and bad. So, here is where I will tell you which movies you ought and ought not see. I know that won't stop some of you from going to the movies and seeing these horrible things but, if you go, see it in 2D. There's nothing more disappointing that seeing a terrible movie in 3D, you waste money and you waste precious time.

WARNING THERE WILL BE MAD SPOILERS IN THIS WORLD SO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK! I'LL TRY TO KEEP SPOILAGE TO A MINIMUM FOR MOVIES IN THEATERS BUT OTHER THAN THAT I WILL CONSIDER IT FREE GAME!

Without further adieu, welcome to Momma Love's Movies!

The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012)

Ugh. Ezra. You sexy creature.

More of a drama than a romantic comedy, The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a real tearjerker and yet totally feel good at the same time. There are so many laughs and heartfelt moments for the three main cast I was enthralled the entire time. Never a dull moment in this movie: from brawls and tripping freshmen to our main cast starring in a production of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, this movie is insanely unique and worth the buy! Not that it's out yet or that I bought it :). Definite recommend for this Valentine's Day season! Hahaha!

Fluff Rating: 10/10. I was rolling around on the floor sobbing from it all. It's so beautiful and happy and sad and frustrating at the same time. Poor Ezra! :(

Warm Bodies (2013)

This movie, I can't even begin. I'm not going to lie, ever since I watched X-Men: First Class and fell in love with Nicholas Hoult I've been waiting for this movie. I've been dying to see this movie, if you will ;). And I'm glad to say that I was impressed by this! The premise sounds absolutely ridiculous: Romeo & Juliet meets Zombieland. Notice how I didn't mention Twilight? Yeah. Because that's exactly what it's not.

Sure. This is another book that turned a creature of nightmares to one of wet dreams but this time they did it right in the sense that they didn't actually do that! R was simply the adorable zombie that (actually ate brains. I never saw Edward slip up his vegetarian diet once (excluding all the times he bit Bella)) you root for the entire movie. He's just a zombie that wonders where it all went wrong, why the Apocolypse happened, why he can't remember anything from when he was alive, and why he can't connect with people.

I strongly suggest this movie to anyone (mainly girls) who wants a feel good movie with zombies. And, after Warm Bodies, that's something that I find wanting even more of. And Nicholas Hoult. Always Nicholas Hoult. Ugh. Love that boy!

Fluff Rating: 7/10. Soooo much fluff but it's also heartfelt. It's not just romance for the sake of romance. It's someone who has lost touch with the world wanting to connect in any way he can.

Taking Requests!

Salut tout le monde! Just Momma Love here letting you all know that I am taking requests when it comes to movies! If there's this movie out there that you want to see but you're not quite sure if it's going to be worth your money or not that's when you come here and tell me to watch it first so you're not let down when you spend the money on the rental, or the actual movie, and then it'll just sit in your DVD bin for the next 13 years. I know this isn't a typical thing here on theO and I'm not expecting the "request" part to really take off. I'm still giving it a shot. DON'T YOU LOVE ME?

And a beautiful relationship was born

Hello all! Welcome to my review of Ten Inch Hero as requested by Ritona Raito!

This is a movie I had for a long time but kept putting it off because it looked "odd". Turns out, this movie is one of those rare feel good movies that actually is really good. At its heart it's a story of 5 people who work in a sandwich shop as they try to convince each other that the only way that they'll be happy is if they be themselves. You will laugh and you will sway with girly feelings. Not a complete heart wrencher yet it still proves to pull at the strings. If you're looking for a casual movie with the girls, butter the popcorn, bubble the cola and pull up a seat, this is the movie for you! In my personal opinion I don't think guys would enjoy this movie very much, as a side-note.

And, if you love Jensen Ackles, this is a good opportunity to see him be absolutely silly and love every second of it.

Life of Pi (2012)

I also saw Life of Pi in the past week! What? My friend paid for my ticket as a Christmas present (with the ten dollars I had just given him as a Christmas present). Let me just say, beautiful. Visually stunning and horribly heart-wrenching at the same time. From beginning to end you have no idea what's going to happen next and that's perfectly okay, surprise is a good thing. Then, when you think you know what's happening, the ending throws you a curve ball that I still haven't figured it out. I probably never will. Ugh, see this movie. See it, see it now!
