got up a bit earlier than usual, cause we decided to go to the zoo this morning. took my camera so i could take some pics. first we went through the Kingdom of the Night exhibit. hayley loved all the snakes and crocodiles.
then on our way to the aquarium, we saw a peacock, which hayley calles pepops.
next, ryan and i went on the newest addition to our zoo. it's called the Skyfari. it's like a ski lift that takes to over a lrge part of the zoo, so you get to see lots of animal exhibits from the sky.
then we went to another new exhibit, but i can't remember what it's called. but it has a room where there are lots of butterflys flying all around you.
we then, lastly, visited the Lied Jungle, one of my favorites. i absolutly love the rope bridge.
and before we left, mom took a pic of us on the lion statues,
when we got home, we napped, then got long john silvers for lunch, and bought some fireworks. later we went outside cause our neighbors were setting some of theirs off. but hayley was more interested in the lightening bugs. we caught a few, but let them go. eventually we were forced inside cause it started to rain.
