Hello Everyone! Seems to me that EVERYONE has their own world, and since ninety nine percent of the time I'm living in my own world, I figured I could let you guys in on it. Manda's Madness will be just that, my madness. I just want to let everyone get to know me a little better. I love to write, so I'm sure some of my posts will probably be REALLY long, and don't expect a regular post, because you wont get it. XD I just want everyone to get to know me a little better, and so, like I said, I'm going to let you in on my own little world. Hope everyone enjoys, and doesn't get too put out with my ramblings. :)
So, we all know Manda loves to write. Read down the posts here, it's obvious. Currently I am working on an RP with Axel Alloy on her forum. Inspector Gadget. Yay! I hadn't seen that show in years. Was always a personal favorite though. Anyways, it's a good story thus far. Though I will admit, if Dr Claw gives me anymore hellish cliffhangers I will die. It's really fun to write on.
So, here's the deal. We need more participants. Some of you may already be a member of Axel's forum. If so, stop by and read the information, it may interest you. However, I will warn you there is mature content. Apparently I had to bring on the intimacy. Still, we are needing some more writers. So if you're interested, why not check it out? And even if you're not interested, why not take a look around the forum. It's quite nifty. ^_^
After taking another nap. I woke up at about 12:00 pm. I still feel sick. I haven't been eating right, and now suddenly I can't eat. I feel nauseous. I can't eat more than a couple of bites of anything without feeling like my stomach is going to burst. I'm keeping a headache, and I feel completely worn out. I think I'm catching the stomach flu. Not cool.
Reality set in on me last night and I started worrying about going into the dorms and stuff. I'm going to have big responsibilities now, more than I'm used to having anyways. That makes me nervous. Oh well, I suppose I will do fine. I'm a strong independent woman. >_> When I want to be. lol.
Well... I have a treat for you all. I'm always good for a laugh, so here it is. While I was thinking about going to sleep the night before orientation, Audrey, my sister and I mad a video. It's really weird, random, and funny.
Too bad, the pizza guy never came back. lol. We had fun though, and it was an interesting thing. I'm clothed in this one though.
So, orientation was amazing actually. I pre-registered for classes, and I got to tour the school. It lasted from 8:00a.m. until 2:30 p.m. I absolutely loved it. It was strange at first, but I'm generally pretty quick to make friends and become acquainted with people, so after a while of awkward silence, I met a few people. lol. Still, I was nervous over nothing, except that I'm now probably going to have to take out a loan. D: I didn't want to have to take out a loan. Everything is paid for, but my scholarships and stuff, will not pay for my health insurance. So, I will have to most likely take out a loan. *sigh* I didn't want to. Oh well...
Oh yea, I totally got to see my dorm! I couldn't be more thrilled. It's an apartment. I share the apartment with two other students. I get my own room though, and my own personal bathroom. It is also furnished with a kitchen and a living room. It's awesome. I'm completely ecstatic. It costs more, but I'm fine with that. I mean it even comes with a washer and dryer. No quarter machine dryer, my own dryer. :D I love that. lol. Anyways, that's all there was to orientation. It was fun though.
I spent the night in Tennessee before orientation. OMG!! That was so much fun. My sister, Audrey, and I spent the entire day taking pictures and goofing off. I think we took almost 200 photos on my camera alone. We had so much fun though. :3
We dressed up like old women. We dressed up in ties and dress shirts. It was so much fun. So, for you enjoyment, and my own humor, I decided to post a few of the pictures. lmao.

Tomorrow is my orientation. I'm a bit nervous. I found out that I will be registering for my classes. I'm going with my sister and Audrey (childhood friend). We're leaving today and staying at Audrey's summerhouse. It's going to be fun there. We're going to order pizza, watch movies, etc. Scary thought: Three girls, one house, glass doors, and no weaponry bigger than a kitchen knife.
I'm really nervous about the orientation though. I think I will be setting up my room and board plans. That's a scary thought. I've never stayed away from home. Not really STAYED away, stayed away. I've spent the night at places, weekends away, etc. This is going to be a big adjustment for me. So, anything related to it makes me a bit nervous. I'm excited, but I'm kind of afraid. I like my comfort zone, and I've never really been away from home. I'll get over it though. I've got to do this. :3 I'm determined, and I'm excited, but change is frightening. It is to me anyways. Things will work out for the best in the end though. I'm still really excited. I get to take a look at the place I will be "living". I can't wait for it to be over. lol. :3
