Read this (copy and pasted from Manga fox):
Chris Watanabe is a high school teacher. When his father remarries, he finds himself with an English step-brother named Wataru.
...That doesn't make any sense. If the teacher guy is Japanese, should HIS NAME be Wataru? And if his step-brother is English SHOULDN'T HE be Chris? I don't get it...TT^TT The names should be switched.
Also, why is Wataru (or Watar-- or Wata---) so often used for English characters? Watari from Death Note...
I just don't get it...*shakes head*
