Lips - KAT-TUN
Daybreak - SF-A2 Miki
I mean, they're not EXACTLY alike, but every time I hear the first part of Miki's song I think of KAT-TUN's Lips...Of course, I just now figured out what song I was thinking...I thought it was by a visual kei band, not KAT-TUN.
By the way, doesn't Jin look like...Well, like he was made to be a Jpop singer?
He just looks like I imagine the perfect Jpop singer to look like. That's why I'm kinda trying to make Kiyoshi look like him...and it's strange since I had always drawn him to look like Jin, even before I realized he existed...O.o
O.o I was even thinking of naming him Jin before I read Chocolat, in which a character, who, again, looks JUST LIKE JIN is a famous K-pop star whom the main character is in love with (as a fan...O.o)...If I did that...then that'd be too much like Chocolat. I would name Kiyoshi Jin, Mariko would be in love with 'Jin' (as a fan) and then she becomes a singer too so....yeahh...'cept Kumji(sp?) in Chocolat's Auntie Yoojung (sp?) is the girlfriend of the producer, I think, of Yoh-I (sp?) sooo...she gets to meet him through one of the members of Yoh-I (sp?)....so it's pretty similar... (I dunno how to spell Korean names! TT^TT)
I didn't mean for it to be similar...TT^TT But good thing I didn't give Kiyoshi that name, so now it seems like a completely different story! XD
Ermm...sorry...I should get back to work...It's just that I was listening to ALL of my 1000 or so songs on shuffle and came across that song and I was determined to find what it sounded like, and I found it...so I just thought I'd show you guys the similarities or what I think are similar.
They're not plagiarizing similar, they're just too similar for me to enjoy this Miki song without thinking it has different lyrics and sound...XD

Determination!
I'm DETERMINED to finish this drawing I'm doing. I just finished the lineart...
It's just that I've had interruptions all day...Some of them are my fault. Like I drew the pose first, but then I wanted to find some Megurine Luka songs to listen to...and then I decided to go back to my picture, I finished drawing the picture, and then I did PART of the lineart...but then I was hungry, so I went to get something quick to eat, but then The Next Food Network Star was on...and I wanted to watch it because I liked the people this time around. Last time they were all selfish snobs....They were really rude...O.o But this time we have a lady with no confidence! Yay! I'm actually shooting for her to win since she's the sweetest, really good at cooking, very creative, and very charming. So I want her to win.
And then my parents came home and they wanted to watch An Education, which I HAD to watch since it was nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards...so I watched it...
But the lineart is now all bumpy and not as clean as it was when I first started...Why? Because I felt rather shaken after watching that movie. It's not a thriller or anything it was just...really...disturbing for me...O.o It was kinda like a depressing romantic movie or something. It was rated PG-13, don't worry.
I'll post a review of it when I get over the story.
It was about this 16-year-old girl who fell in love with this older man who was rather mysterious, but very kind (in a creepy way...how could she not notice that?), but it turns out he's not all that he says he is. And she starts doing all this stuff for him so that they can live together, like quitting school (even though she is a really good student and wants to go to Oxford University) and she smokes more and drinks and....ehhh...
The worse part was their relationship. Maybe I just didn't like the actor, because his best friend seemed to become closer to her, too....but I kinda liked those parts...XD But the rest I was just like...O.o Scarred for life...
There was nothing really dirty in it, or disgusting, but I just can't deal with the whole more than 20 years apart relationship. That's why I can't read most yaoi (that and it's disgusting) because there's always the little teen boy with the adult man much older than him. It's just creepy...O.o
I can kinda relate the story to Kago Ai's relationship with some guy who is like 20 or more years older than her and how she was having an affair with him. Maybe his influence made her smoke, and ruined her life. Very similar to the movie...So this is a lesson kids, don't fall in love with somebody more than 10 years older than you...
I mean, I have crushes on people like Keiyuu, Takeru, Masato, Yuya Tegoshi, Daichi Miura, and Shou...and they're 8 years older than me or so (actually Keiyuu is 13 years older than me...XD)...but the thing is, I don't really ever want to have a relationship with them, and I won't be mad if they have a relationship with somebody else (maybe with Daichi Miura if it isn't a person I approve of, like BoA or Maki Goto...XD). I'm saying that if I were ever at their level of success or higher and a celebrity like them, I don't think I'd want a relationship with either of them because they're too much older than me. I'm still waiting for a person who looks like them who's around my age...>.> Though...I'm not sure how old Takeru is...if he started when he was 16 (like I think he did) he'd be 20...which is 5 years older than me....which isn't that bad...But still...>.>

Luna Sea is a really good band...O.O I hear that a lot of visual kei artists are inspired by Luna Sea, and I can see why. Not that I like most of their songs...but the songs that I DO like are BRILLIANT. They're how most visual kei bands should sound. I don't like most of their songs because they're just not to my tastes, too soft or too 'beautiful' I prefer epic-ness.
Oh, and One Ok Rock is annoying me:
I like all of their songs...>.> For some reason I'm mad about that! XD I dunno why I'm not happy about that...maybe it's that I LIKE their songs, but they don't particularly make me feel the kinds of things I do with my favourite bands...Like FLOW, AAA, Alan, Kra, Kagrra, Every Little Thing, and Yo Hitoto (maybe more, but I don't feel like looking so hard) remind me of blue skies. Which is why I like their music. But...One Ok Rock...all I see/hear is their music...and that it's catchy...But the singer is really talented, so maybe I can come to like them as much as the other bands that I love.
And some band called Psycho Le Cemu...FIRST TIME I've heard (of bands that I've actually read about) of a member using a drug besides tobacco or alcohol....O.O He used METH! DUN-DUN-DUUUN!! And he got arrested for it. Which, y'know, I think he deserved. Because you need to be taught a lesson for that, that's a really serious drug. I don't see why people want to do it. All that happens is that you feel good ONE TIME, and then you just feel like you're being ripped to shreds inside or being eaten alive afterwards, plus you're addicted, plus it makes you really ugly...So don't do it. But their music is pretty good, despite that one member.
I should get back to my drawing! XD

It's just that when I hear Miki I first think of Miki Fujimoto (Mikitty), then Miki Hoshii from idolm@ster, then SF-A2 Miki from Vocaloids, and then Miki from Shugo Chara...Plus a bunch of others that I'm not thinking about right now...

This is also because I've been listening to a lot of SF-A2 Miki's music, and I think she's my favourite Vocaloid...but I keep switching between her and Kaito...I just can't decide! TT^TT But if I like her character design and I like her music, but I like Kaito's voice and any song that energetic with his voice in it...So they both have two good points which is why I like them, so I can't decide! TT^TT

I'm...somewhat cheered up...but now I don't know what to draw...Wait a minute...Is today Father's Day? Because it's been INCREDIBLY boring all day on the internet (nobody's been doing anything).
Well this is what cheered me up:
It's FLOW (one of my favourite j-rock bands...on that list, but not #1...unless I do some examining), well, the guy from FLOW, AND AAA (very favourite band that I can love no other band more) AND the guy from mihimaru GT...O.O which mihimaruGT is on my list (though I've skipped them several times because they have too many songs released...TT^TT).
It makes me smile any time a member of AAA sings! ^ ^ Big smile for Nissy! ^ ^ I love all the members! ^ ^ I hope they never break up because I really want a chance to see them live...Their lives are sooo energetic! <333
Yeahh...I'll just waste the rest of my day since I can't think of anything else to do...
I haven't been practicing my Japanese either...which I'm trying to make myself do...>.> I read my book everyday, I just don't do any of the work...XD And I just do not understand kanji at all..O.o The book says that by reading it you'll probably understand it automatically, but I've been reading it and I don't understand...so maybe if I do the work then I'll understand it...

Before I go lemme rant about Miley Cyrus, since she was on last time:

Okay, so every time somebody ELSE is funny, Miley Cyrus just seems to stare while EVERYONE is laughing, but when she's telling her stories and TRYING to be funny, she's not...She was annoying me the entire time. I don't really like Usher, but he was really good and nice on here and he was funny, too. But Jack Whitehall was probably THE funniest on there (not the funniest who's ever been on there, no...that was...ummm...David Mitchell). The other two just weren't very funny at all. That was one of the more boring Graham Norton Shows because the only one who was actually funny was Jack Whitehall...>.> And he kinda steered the other guests into the funny direction with weird comments like Graham also does....I don't think he meant to, though....XD
Oh, and when she was saying how she was glad her boyfriend didn't think of her like she's just some Disney actor, when she's not...What? She IS just some Disney actor...She's the definition of Disney actor! She has no talent, yet she's popular. That's what most Disney actors are...talentless preps...>.> I hate her for saying that, because she's over the top wrong. >:(
David Mitchell was probably the funniest because his humor is just so casual. Like he complains about the weirdest things like how he hates people who drink coffee! XD That's just...weird and funny! XD And the way he told it...XD
