Welcome to my world! Please buckle up and keep your hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times. Don't worry about emergency exits; there are none. If you wish to exit before the ride is over, you do so at your own risk. If you sustain any form of brain damage, IQ reduction, and/or psychological disorder from any of these rides, I will not be held liable. Have a nice day and enjoy your trip!

Nothing Really Matters...

So, Love Day has come and gone. I'm happy. Mock Trial has come and gone. I'm getting over it. We lost regionals, by the way. We shouldn't have, but we did. :p Now I'm back to my usual state of busy. Music to practice, stuff to write, homework to not do at home, you know the drill. I'm actually starting on a new project that I will not be talking about until it's finished. It's just that epic-ly genius.

I haven't much to talk about right now. I should be finishing homework. I'm not. So, until something more interesting happens, au revoir.

Very dully yours,
Kimi-chan

PWNAGE! XD

WE WON!!!! WE WON!! MON DON MOCK TRIAL REIGNS CHAMPION FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW!!

Yep, our mock trial team won the trial last night, becoming the victors over the cocksure Brick team for the second time. The judges had mountains of praise for our team's tactics, the way we "held our momentum" and "stuck to a theme throughout." We did AWESOME. I'm so proud of us. Now, our next trial is this Thursday, up in New Brunswick. We're pulling an overnighter, and our principal, who is SO SO SUPPORTIVE of the Mock Trial team, has so generously volunteered to pay for dinner for us. We still have to pay for our rooms, though. But it's still going to be a lot of fun.

Now I'm in social justice, working with my good friend John on individualism vs. interdependence. I really don't feel like doing the assignment, so that's why I'm posting this now. Now he's giving me a narrative of everything I'm writing. I give him a pointed look, and he sighs. Oh, John. *rubs his head (which is really fun to rub, by the way)*

I'm missing band all week this week for trial. That's kind of saddening.

We just finished the assignment, so I'm going to talk to him-slash-write more Love Day stuff in the twenty minutes we have left of class. :P

The Champion,
Kimi-chan

ACT NOW!

See, this is how it always starts: in the beginning, I diligently write everyday, detailing the mundane goings-on of my life. This occurs for, oh, maybe two weeks, a month. Then, I start slacking. I skip a day. I skip a weekend. I don't write for a week. Then, next thing you know, I haven't written for three months, and everyone is wondering if I've died. I go through this process every time I start a new journal somewhere. This time, though, I'm trying to stick to it.

At any rate, please excuse the title. I couldn't help it; I finished taking my ACTs about an hour and a half ago. I like the SATs better. Way better. I think I did well, though.

I just finished reading vol. 15 of Rurouni Kenshin. Hiko Seijuro is such a badass. I love him. Now the agonizing wait until I can get vol. 16 from my friend.

In regards to my trial, my appeal was overruled, and I'm going to the dance. *sigh* Oh, well, c'est la vie, might as well try to make the best of it.

I really need to finish those Valentine's Day stories. I have two of them almost done at this point. Once I finish those, I'll start another one. Really, this is the only redeeming quality of Love Day: I churn out a bunch of stupid, sappy love stories.

And then, once those are done, I think I'll work on some fanfics.

Oh, yeah, and I had a doughnut today. Boston Creme. Yum.

A little tired and hungry,
Kimi-chan

Hiatus

I'm taking a hiatus from my other writings in order to finish my Valentine's Day Collection. It's really demanding to write a bunch of stories which all revolve around blatant fluff and sappy romantics. Plus, as a general rule, I'm not much of a love story writer. I have to have a shot of action included with my dose of love.

Anyway, for now, my other stories will be put on hold until further notice. Really, this has nothing to do with anything. Just a personal reminder.

As it stands, I'm still being forced to the Queen of Hearts dance. I'm going to try to plead a new case today. We'll see how that goes. Otherwise, I think I'll start planning my defense strategy against the Queen's assault.

Note to Self: I have to go get measured for my classical choir costume tomorrow. Don't let me forget.

Struggling to cope with reality (again),
Kimi

Tricky Business

You know, reading yaoi in the middle of class is rather tricky business. Currently, I'm in the middle of AP Biology, learning about RNA transcription, and I'm reading this delicious Final Fantasy VII Cloud/Sephiroth fanfiction (Click here if you want to read it, it's pretty good!), and resisting the urge to laugh is pretty hard. I've perfected the art of reading with my hand all over the lower half of my face so when I start grinning like a fool, nobody is the wiser. Also, I've perfected the art of nodding in understanding at random intervals, another talent vital to not paying attention in class.

Just a short post on another one of my proud accomplishments. ^_^
Avid yaoi-fan,
Kimi-chan
