So if you look at any of my artwork, you can tell I have a lot of the anime/mange Full Moon wo Sagashite. I loved this anime so much! Basically its about this 12 year old girl who loves to sing but has a tumor in her throat. When I first started watching it im like, okay, big deal. So she (Mitsiki) wants to become a famous singer because she made a promise to this really good friend who moved to America. Mitsiki is willing to wait till her tumor gets better but then two shinigami come and after a few events, she finds out shes going to die in a year. The shinigami transform her into a 16 year old and she can continue with her career for only a year.
The anime is more childish in my opinion and focuses on her career more than some other events for the first half of the anime. The second half is when everything gets really intresting. Note: On episodes 1-28 are dubbed. 29-52 are subbed.
The manga is a lot more dramatic but you obviously can't hear her sing.
If your intrested, I suggest reading the manga first. Both ending are diffrent but (in my opinion) very good. (The animes ending kinda makes you just sit there and scream for a while...or maybe thats just me.)
