Background: As a wismur, Lou grew up in the victory road of the Hoen pokemon league. He spent most of his time listning to music and dancing. However, a group of hunters came and tried to seize everyone in victory road. However, they were beaten back by the great Exploud at the time. However, a few of the wimsur were taken including Lou. Evolving to meet the challenge of escape, Lou was able to get away with a few of the other wimsur. After that, all the pokemon went their own way.
