BRIEF BACKSTORY
One of the three mutated Gedoes created by the Fallen Tower,to reclaim rule over Titanomachia.he was given the name Caesar for his great power,despite being made to be subservient to his older brother Caligula.He had little role in the plans Caligula made to defeat the Dentes and mostly acted as his muscle.
In Gedoe language,his name means ''He who conquers all enemy''.
PERSONALITY
A serious warrior who developped a passion for fighting.
Despite sharing the hatred for Dente all Gedoes possess,he acknowledges that the Gedoe lost their station in the food chain because they were reluctant to evolve as warriors,and so is a lot more passive and neutral about the racism than his fellows.He is similarly more pragmatic about his mutated body resembling Dentes than his siblings are.
Though less prone to bigotry and race-based overconfidence than his brethren, he does fancy himself as the strongest in Titanomachia and is interested in proving himself by killing the Dente heroes his kind fear,specifically Metalixca and Gutworm.
He has a special love of nature,and if not fighting,is usually admirring the scenery of Elysium.

BATTLE STATS
Despite being designated second at birth,he is in fact the strongest Gedoe in Titanomachia,far more powerful than his other siblings; his contrasting belief in analyzing his own abilities and his foes alone make him more able in fights than the usually overconfident Gedoes.
Caesar posseses three forms; his tall and muscular human-like body, his combat form which brings out his Gedoes abilities and a long-range form.
Caesar is the only Gedoe with ''arms'' (arm blades) and uses that to great effect; he analyzed Kurojin when they fought,allowing him to fight with skill and power rivaling the best Dentes.His blades are unbreakable and extremely sharp,allowing him to unleash slashwaves that easily cut through buildings.He also uses the powerful kicks and stomps the Gedoes are known for,as well as eye beams.
As an evolved Gedoe,he obtained the unique ability to control the trees in Elysium and reshape them for offense and defense. If heavily damaged, Caesar will forego close-ranged combat and enter his long-range form,to create and manipulate every trees in Elysium,as well as turn them into monstrous giant appendages to destroy his opponents.The roots that keeps him in place in that form grant him a powerful healing factor,as long as those roots stay alive. This form's weak point is that it's quite slow (in fact Caesar himself is immobile) and leaving this form suddenly drains his life force considerably.
NOTABLE RELATIONSHIPS
+Greatly loyal to his older brother Caligula despite his own greater strength,Caesar will carry out his order without question,although he will not participate in schemes if they do not involve fighting.
=Has a fairly minimal relationship with his sister Claudia-Q,although he will protect her,since she is the one to give birth to new Gedoes.
-Looks down on Kurojin,for betraying his own kind.He in fact never calls the latter by name,always referring to him as ''Pathetic Dog''
=At first,he viewed Flame as nothing more than another Dente to eliminate,but as they fought,they developed a grudging,but sincere respect for each other (Flame respected his loyalty,while Caesar respected his strength).Even as Caesar grows desperate and claims to put his goals first,he frequently compliments Flame withstanding his attacks in 2nd and 3rd form.
=He similarly acknowledged Morphin's strength,when she forces him to enter long-range form.
