All those are just rankings based on how long you've been on the site and the amount of comments you have. Like I know you have to have been here 3 years to be an otaku legend, and like 5 to be an otaku eternal, I think. Not quit sure how the + go for otakuites, but I'm sure it just means you've been on the site for a little while.
