Where magical abilities develop in teens or young adults, factions emerge in reaction to the changes around them, some fight to keep those with magical people free of any promises/ control. Aegis is one of those groups and fight actively against Tolmkien. Tolmkein is group of magical individuals who work for the government and agree with regulation and controlling the abilities for the sake of order. There are also those who have joined this side or have been recruited with the lure of using their powers in whatever way they see fit.
_____ is one of the main villains of the story, with looks inspired by one of my favorite characters in Hanasakeru Seishonen (Sorrryyyyy, Eugene ) and mannerisms similar to Kaname (*bows* Please forgive me). His magic lies in dark healing. A manipulator and a man who thrives on others' pain and submission, he's one of the top people of Tolmkein and deals with either acquiring and/or forcing submission from those people with the greatest levels of power. He doesn't deal with the weak. Contrary to his first appearance, he is not always liable to resort to torture. An elegant man, he is quite happy and amused to let you fall into his mind games, as well. His voice of persuasion is formidable on its own, when he's willing to take the time to be nice or when he's threatening you. As only a handful have been strong enough to resist his control after his full persuasion/torture, he's a figure of nightmares to the people in Aegis.
