Dear Nina,
I only have 10 minutes to type this entry, so I better hurry!
Today's weather was really, really bad. I mean, it was windy, cold, and raining. Since I always ride the bus, I have to walk by myself to the bus stop. You should have seen me this morning, I was shaking and scared to leave my house and walk to my bus stop, but I had to (or I would miss the bus). Good thing my mom forced me to where my huge puffy coat before she left to go to work. I was just about go to the bus stop with just my sweater, but ended up going in my big puffy coat, gloves, a sweater, and unbrella. It wasn't as cold as I thought, but it was raining hard. When I could see the bus in the distance, I tried folding up my unbrella and it was STUCK! I was like scared and embarrased that if I didn't hurry up and get my umbrella to cooperate with me, I would get in trouble because I'm holding everybody back. I suddenly gave it a push, and it went it. When I got on the bus, it was so dark (inside and out) that they had tiny lights on! IT WAS SO COOL IN MANY WAYS CAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE A HOTEL! I like the bus like that.
At school today, we did the Turkey-Trot Pace. It'll take a long time to explain, so I'll just say that we have to past back and forth according to a beep we heard. If you mess up, you get out. It's just an optional thing you can do if you want to enter the Turkey-Trot Race. If you qualify the Turkey-Trot Pace, you can enter the Turkey-Trot Race (I always qualify, last year and this year, but I never to the Turkey-Trot Race). For the Turkey-Trot Pace, I was the last girl to be still running along with 3 other boys. And if a girl wants to qualify for the Turkey-Trot Race, you have to get a 20 in the Turkey-Trot Pace, I GOT A 38! The other 2 boys got a 40, and the last boy got I think a 60. The health zone for a girl my age is 28, and I got 38, whooo!! I'm still not going to participate in the Turkey-Trot Race though. I'm not really up for it.
Yay, more "weather drama". After school today we had a Drama Club meeting. Ahh, anouther funny day with my two best friends from last year. We giggled and laughed the whole time. After that, since my dad forgot to pick me up, my two friends and I just stayed in school and played around. We talked about the weather. At that time today, it was WINDY! The leaves on the ground twirled up into the air in a circle-like behavior as the wind blew it. It looked sort of like a hurricane. I went outside and stood in the middle of the leaves along with my two friends, and it felt like we were spinning the air like the leaves. IT WAS AWESOME!

Question & Answer:

Q: Whoa Kami, you sound different today. Why is that?
A: I dunno. Maybe the fact that I got an A++ on my essay, did better than all the girls on the Turkey-Trot Pace, laughed with my 2 friends today like we did last year, and don't forget that it might acually snow this weekend where I live! I don't really know, maybe it's just me.
