Day Twelve of Building Our Deck
No progress on our deck today. :P Since I fell asleep late yesterday, I was pretty tired when I had to wake up early today. I woke up at 8:00 AM to eat breakfast because my dad made me my favorite! And then, I went to my mom's bedroom and fell asleep. And then after having some dream, I went to my bedroom and fell asleep again. That's weird, because I was actually sleeping HEAVILY. My brother was actually in my bedroom, right next to me, screaming when he was trying to wake me up. Then I went to the basement and slept there. And then it was already time to go when I woke up. I slept heavily again. And so heavily that I even had a dream each time I moved. It's weird that all that happend in only like 1 hour and 30 minutes... So anyway, I rushed to get ready and went into the car, but sadly had to go back inside just to print out my school supply list. And since my brother was bothering me for no reason, bragging about him having a Poptart, I even grabbed a poptart on the way out and ate it, even though it was his. Haha!!
Today we crossed the bridge into Delaware again. We must love it there because you don't have to pay tax! But before we did that, we went to the Public Library. Only my mom and I went (my brother and my dad stayed in the car). I just scanned the place. I checked out two manga and got 1 of my manga I had on hold. Then we crossed the bridge. We then went to this store. I didn't want to go at first. But while we were there, I had fun fighting with my brother and throwing toys at him. I'm surprised we don't really ever get into trouble doing that. So anyway, we also grabbed some snacks and some school supplies. Then we went to eat. We ate at this Mexican Restraunt. I usually like Mexican food, but I didn't really liket his place. It's cool looking though. I mean, they have a cool look inside. It had lights and looked alot like Mexico. The appetizers were good. But the food wasn't the greatest. I didn't really finish the whole thing. While there, my family had discussions about random stuff. I feel guilty about making fun of my father too... Yeah. He has this habit and I mimicked him. I'M SO BAD! Then we went to Pier 1 Imports. Actually, my dad, brother, and I stayed in the car while my mom went. We just listened to music and my father took a nap. Then we went to the mall. Actually, I went with my dad to Home Depot while my mom and my brother went to the mall. I felt bad for making fun of my father. And he was happy I went with him. It took a while to get there too. My dad just looked at the grills, random stuff, etc. I helped him look for some paint and a cardboard thing. And it was pretty boring. But I kept myself company. If my brother is not there, I'm pretty well behaved. And my dad was happy. Then we left and headed toward the mall. It took less time to get there this time. Weird... So then we entered the mall after parking and looked for my parents. Then we looked in this Cooking Store and then my brother and I misbehaved again. That's too bad, because I heard my brother was well behaved too while without me. And to be even better, we tried playing a game to be good. We're weird... Yeah. Then we looked at this other boring store. Then we got some tea!! YEAH! I LOVE TEA! Then we went to Brook Stone. Then we left. I don't remember all the stores, so that's all I can say... And on our way back, we saw these two baby siblings who kept screaming for the fun of it. It was funny.
After that we went to Marshalls. Boring... There I looked at the boring books there with my brother. We faught alot again. Then we looked around and then we paid for our stuff and went back to the car. My mom took a while doing that... Then we finally went to Home Depot. Going there with my brother was pretty fun! While my parents looked at the grills, my brother and I played this game we made up called "Jump! Jump!". It's pretty dumb. And we ran around playing it, sceaming, and I'm surprised we didn't get into any trouble. We stayed there for like 45 minutes or so. And when it was time to leave, my brother and I were still playing it! And guess what!? We ended up not even buying the grill. 45 minutes WAISTED! Yes, then I wanted to go home, but we still went to Ross. Ugh. And it was already like 8:50 PM. And my dad said if we didn't get back in 15 minutes, by 9:05 PM, we get a prize. So yeah. 10 minutes we had to stay there, 15 tops. So when we got there, my brother and I looked at the toys. There was alot of people too! We even saw this toy we saw in Germany! And then my mom and I looked at this thing, then we left. We got inside the car at exactly 9:05 PM. WEIRD... Then we drove home. On the way home, I played music from like 1-3 years ago. Some of them used to be favorite songs. Brings back memories... When we got home, I was the only one energetic. I even helped alot bringing all our stuff inside. My brother just fell asleep. I took my stuff upstairs and read my manga books for like 5 minutes. Then went downstairs and ate some soup while watching TV. We then decided for a lamp shade for my lamp in my room. Then I took a shower. Then drew and then watched the second season of Haruhi Suzumiya. Now I'm on the 2nd episode. Well, good day.
