Hello and welcome to Keba's Anime and Manga Place (KAAMP for short)! Here at KAAMP, I write about anime and manga that I have seen/read as well as my views on them. I'll also post about my original stories from time to time.
Just beware that some of my posts contain spoilers. I'll put them in spoiler tags just in case.
KAAMP's history: KAAMP was created in July 2002 by yours truly. It was a sloppy-looking website on Yahoo's now defunct Geocities. I posted my anime fan art on that site. Also, for a time, I posted my thoughts on the few anime series that I had seen. Now that I look back on it, my thoughts were rather ill-informed (is that even a word?) because I had only seen bits and pieces of anime dubs. Now that I've seen more series, I think that my commentary on various anime will be a little better than before.
So, come on in and stay awhile! KAAMP is now in session.

Naomi: Hello, I'm Naomi. First and foremost, I am of the Children of Terra. Please be respectful of my religion when you ask questions.
Marshall: Hey. I'm Marshall. *Munches on a potato chip.*
Dice: Call me Dice. Nice to meet ya.
Meh-Eh-Au: Hi, my name is Meh-Eh-Au. I hope we can be friends.
Meh-Eh-Weoa: H-hello.
Conus: What are these hairless creatures and why are they staring at me? *Glares.*
Keba: Hi, I'm Keba. I'll do my best to answer your questions.
Jon: Hey, my name's Jon. I'm not sure why you'd want to ask me anything, since my life's not that interesting. I'm just a musician.
When asking questions, keep in mind that Dice, Keba, and Jon aren't very open about their pasts. They're kind of spoilers, anyway.

ACen '17 was a BLAST and infinitely better than last year. I actually booked a hotel room this time so that I didn't have to drive up and back a whole buncha times. I brought my friend "Edward" along, which made things better because I didn't have...

First off, I will finish that ACen post. Eventually. I'm a little bit past the halfway point.
Second, I'm still looking for captions. Please make sure to comment there and not here.
Thirdly, my album process is going a lot slower than I thought it would. I haven't forgotten you, Challenge winners. You will get copies once I'm done. And I promise they'll sound a lot less sloppy than the download I linked to you.
I'm getting tired of numbering my updates. For now, I'll just type freely.
Anyone want to hear some OC trivia? I'll post the origins of my characters' names in the near future, but if there's anything else you want to know, just ask. 0_~
I'm kind of between anime right now. I've been trying to clean out my backlog, and although I have finished more anime than I want to start, I have 50+ titles that I want to watch in my backlog. Currently, I'm watching Slayers Next, but the Funimation site is being kind of a butt to me and their customer service is soooooo sloooooow. What I'm trying to say is this: got any recommendations?
As you guys know (or not), Kita is hosting a Caption Battle Challenge, and I want to enter. So, let's have fun with this. Post any random captions in the comments and I'll draw a picture of my favorite. It's kind of like a regular caption battle in reverse.
Remember, this is a friendly competition. The winner gets a dedication based on the caption. You can submit as many captions as you like. The captions can be broad or series-specific-- whichever you prefer. You can also ask questions or make comments, but be sure to let me know if those questions/comments aren't captions.
