So after going back to Inuyasha and watching an episode or 2 on Hulu,(They took it off Netflix! WHY!?) I'm now watching Skip Beat on Crunchyroll.
I'm familar with the story to a degree, because I think my friend was reading the manga at one time and lent me some of it. I also might have seen some of these first few episodes because I remember parts of the plot. (It's bad when you can't remember what you've watched, isn't it?) However, I know I didn't finish the series... I think I would remember that!
Anyway, I'm on episode 7 and enjoying it! It's more of a comedy than a drama, but that's what keeps the show rolling, that it doesn't take itself too seriously. Everyone has comedic cartoony moments, not just the main character. And it's about trying to break into show business, a topic that is usually pretty interesting in it's own right. Its worth checking out if you're looking for something fun to watch. (Also, the opening and ending songs are quite catchy.XD)
