Well its a pretty unique romance anime. It's shoujo anime where Mizutani-san(girl) meets a strange boy named Haru. Some things happen and then Haru confesses that he likes her in the first episode. Then from then on there its a story about those two's complicated love situation. Its pretty nice

Well my top five are:
5. Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
4. Toradora
3. Ore no Imouto konnani kawaii wake ga nai (Season 1 & 2)
2. Angel Beats
1. Clannad & Clannad After Story
All of them are nice and each of them deal with different romance situations (Although Clannad & Angel Beats are similar in a way)
