DX im so sad because the damn paper veiw thing is taking business from video shops and the one in town is closing!! apparently its just not profitable any more. :(
Im really gonna miss walking over and arguing over what to get, then stopping for candy on the way home. i dont wanna just sit at home and watch whatevers on. What about old favourites? and films? all i'll be able to get is teh 'latest and the greatest' some dumbass producer shoved a couple millions of dollars into. next thing you know we cant go to the theatre anymore either.
I know i sound whiny but im really upset about it :(
Also, while im ranting:
I just wanna say that i liked joel plaskett before everyone else.
He is well on his way to becoming a famous musician, as his best song ever, entitled Drunk Teenagers, was on the radio yesterday. Twice. I liked him first and I have the ticket stub to prove it.
so if he becomes famous, everyone else has to know that im not a conformist listening to whatever everyone else is, he was on my ipod way before he was on yours.
yes, i know what ashtray rock is.
i know what 'the beauty' did.
i also know that the instrumentals are awsome because they lack lyrics.
So if he really does sell a million records as predicted in the instrumental, just remember I LIKED HIM FIRST.
