you would actually have to choose that for yourself, I had a piece of metal hit me in the chest that nearly served two of my arteries from my heart. I was interrogated(tortured) for information and had my face cut into so many times that I had to have it removed and given a new one so the swelling didn't kill me. I was in quite a few car crashes and blow through one in one occasion. been stabbed on several other occasions and shot under the body armor twice and blown up too -_-". so like I said that would be up to you to decide.
